  Ease of making appointment, changing appointments. Brian at tire choice was exceptional to work with. He detailed everything that was wrong with the car and kept me informed of everything that was being done! He was very easy to talk to also!!

  Super friendly and quick I was in and out in under 30mins for my alignment not to mention I was 15 minutes late for my appointment

  Extremely frustrated with the terrible communication and lack of respect for customers' time at this shop. I called yesterday to make an appointment to get two new front tires put on today at 5:00 PM. To be absolutely sure everything was set, I even called ahead at 4:30 PM today to confirm the tires were in stock, and they assured me they were and told me to come on in. Yet, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was met by a single employee who informed me he was the only person working, that I'd have to leave my car overnight, and it wouldn't even be ready until tomorrow afternoon. What is the point of making an appointment if you can't honor it? And why on earth wasn't I told about this severe staffing shortage when I called just thirty minutes prior? Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time

  I didn't have to wait, upgraded my oil change, glad for tire rotation. They noticed my inspection sticker and inspected my vehicle 🚜
