    BEWARE!!!!!! Spoke to Kristian about a rental truck. She advised " Give me a couple of minutes, I will call you right back" Waited almost an hour with no answer, so I decided to call back. She responded " it has been 10 minutes" I deal with Penske's all across the nation. Worse customer service I have dealt with. Very unprofessional coming from the sales manager Kristian. Very incompetent at her job.

    I was just on Wood Street in Wilkes-Barre PA today 2 minutes ago and the way this truck driver effortlessly used caution to back into one of the smallest spots I’ve ever seen. He did not have to keep going in and out He was so smooth. I was so impressed.
