- MCMarshall CurtisNov 19, 20251.0Poorest service I’ve ever seen. My car had the rear end break over the summer and I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at it. Ended up taking it to Burne Cadillac and they had it looked at and parts ordered the same day. Now I have a cracked rim which is covered under my rim and tire insurance that I paid for when I bought for my car. After three days and two hours at the dealership it was finally approved after having to take some of the photos myself. I called the service manager to express that I feel it to be a poor business model to ask customers to have to take photos of their own issues and then have to bring it to the dealership twice and I was told that if I wanted to have a car serviced at the selling dealership, I should shop elsewhere and then I was hung up on. I will be purchasing future cars and all future service through Burne Cadillac. Nothing but good things to say about them.
