  I had a tire emergency early this morning. I needed to get on rhe road to drive to NC. The WB Mavis crew dealt with me immediately and got me back on road in under 30 minutes. I HiGHLY recommend this Mavis location for their quality, integrity and customer focus.

  My car broke down and I needed someone to take a look at it. Luckily I was right in front of Mavis Tire in Wilkes Barre. I walked in and asked if they could do a diagnosis on my car. They took it right in and helped me out. Daryl and the mechanics there were super nice. I didn’t end up getting any work done and they didn’t charge me for looking. Super nice and super professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for all your help.

  During our travels from SE PA to the fingerlakes NY area with our 5th wheel camper and our dogs, our diesel truck suddenly went into limp mode, no AC, and on a Saturday in August. After many hours of calling places, of trying to make it to areas where we could fit the camper in, no one was willing or could help us. Finally, Joe at Mavis said they were willing to look at our truck and they were open until 5. They let me cool the dogs down in the AC of the show room while they ran codes and looked at our diesel truck. They were able to get it out of limp mode and helped us get on our way, though we didn't feel confident to pull the 5th camper. They were gracious enough to let us leave the camper there plugged in so we didn't lose all our food until our friends could pick up our camper on Sunday. It was a very rough, stressful day for us and Joe and the staff were the only people who helped us and offered to try working on our truck in an emergency. We are very thankful and grateful for their assistance in getting us back on the road and allowing our dogs to cool down in their AC.

  Had just put air in my tires and got to grocery store and my sensor light came on got out of the truck and my valve stem was leaking and was like omg it’s Sunday no where is open then I remembered I saw that you guys were open drove up and said what I needed and done quick and the guy that was out front very helpful told him was gonna need tires soon and showed me a bunch of tires and gave me pricing as well so yes very pleased with their service so see you soon thanks again

  I had a great experience at this tire shop. James went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. His excellent customer service and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
