Thankfully, we found Mavis Discount Tire! What stood out wasn’t just the urgency or quality of the service—it was the extraordinary professionalism and hospitality we were shown from the moment we walked through the door, immediately putting us at ease during what could have been a very stressful situation. Rather than leaving us stranded at the shop while we waited, Steve went out of his way to drive us to a nearby mall so we could enjoy our afternoon in the meantime. It was such an unexpected gesture and one that meant so much to us. Even more incredibly, they did this completely free of charge. In a time when many businesses do only what is required, this team chose to do so much more. As visitors from another country, we couldn’t be more grateful for their compassion. Thank you!
