One of my back plates was pressing up against my rotor and I heard a noise coming from my tire because of it. When I took it in, the service was great, staff was down to earth and personable and very quick too. They identified the problem and fixed it right away. I only spent about 30-45 min in there. I was expecting to be charged for the labor, but was very surprised and they sent me on my way. Great experience, would definitely recommend. I will be returning here with any future problems i might have.

I'm mad at myself for not getting their names, but the two gentlemen who helped me today were great! I came in 40 minutes before closing for a new tire and they kindly took care of business. Very fast, very efficient and I will return when and if ever needed.

I dont normally leave reviews, but these guys helped me way sooner than anticipated. Last mechanic I went to messed up my coils, these guys not only fixed it, but didnt way quicker than I thought. These guys are knowledgeable so go to them if they cant fix, they will figure it out. God bless yall

I give recognition when it's deserved. After some miscommunication I can say that they redeemed themselves and kept a customer. Kevin, the manager of the Wilkes-Barre PA location rectified the issue quickly and efficiently. He is definitely an asset to your company, he has excellent customer service skills. What was not an ideal situation, turned into a wonderful experience that he turned around. Very professional and will do business again when needed.
