They called and explained what they recommended and why before just starting work, and because they have so many options to pay (Mavis credit card, affirm etc) I was able to get tires as well! I needed to get a slow leak repaired in my tire. I chose Mavis out of convenience because it’s close to home. They went above and beyond any expectation! Amazing guys, great knowledge, and kind to all customers. Alright I'll start by saying this.. I drive a older Honda from the late 90s/early 2000s with a body kit which has it's pros and cons.. cons being its very difficult to find any shops willing to look at/work on the car or even hear why I am there because of the body kit. Most people don't event want to deal with it, which is understandable because of lift heights, worrying about damage to the car, etc... The employees at this Mavis on Kidder are one of a kind, and took the time out of their day to help me out with my car and hear about its back story as I blabbed about it. Seriously the guys here were great to me, to my car, and to other customers. I watched multiple people walk in with various requests and the employees especially Chris (but all of you were great), kindly help with their needs, and tried to figure out problems in a way I haven't seem many shops do. A lot of guys I meet out there are already hostile when you walk in and don't care to put in the effort to be calm and work with their customers to make them feel like they are heard and in good hands. I'd recommend this shop to anyone with auto troubles.. and as someone who has worked on cars for a while, I've seen the good, bad and the ugly with many shops. This location is a 10/10!
