- CMCalum MilliganJul 14, 20261.0My rental car, originally picked up from AVP airport, had the driver side headlight aseembly go completely out. Sketchy latenight driving in the Poconos! But these things happen. Phone support said to go get a vehicle swap at the Motorworld location. I arrived about 10:40AM on a Saturday morning, more than an hour to closing. They told me a vehicle was being brought over from a body shop for me to take over. Cut to midday, the location is closing, I have no replacement car, they show me the door, now making up an excuse that "they were unable to handle rentals orignally picked up at airports". Enterprise local branches can and frequently do handle vehicle swaps for broken vehicles initially picked up at airport locations! They could have just said they were unable to accomodate instead of wasting an hour of my time and lying it off. I had a 5 hour drive to a funeral I was now further delayed, I had to go back to AVP who was able to get me in a new car immediately. The Motorworld team was also gossiping about customers while we were in the building, pulling up their accounts and speaking of them in way too much identifiable personal detail. Highly unprofessional!

- DWDiana WOZNIAKAug 30, 20201.0I had to return the 1st car due to heavy odor of cigarette smell. The 2nd and only other vehicle they had smelled of cigarette odor. This is the filthiest car that I rented. The car should have been put on the side to look at b/c of mechanical issues. Enterprise has been the only place that I have rented from and will be the last. The worst customer service and car . I would rather spend a couple bucks more and have a clean car and one with no mechanical problems.
