  Awful service and they dont tell you if you rent a box truck you have to use a major credit card and couldn't use a debit card. At NO point on their website does it say that. Total bs. Terrible non existent customer service

  The current team there are so nice and eager to help you the best way possible. I can tell all the employees get along with each other at this location. Thank you for the hospitality from the beginning of service and to the end of the service. Took no more than 5 mins to get the car. Great operational system Enterprise!!!

  It’s impossible to rent a car over the phone speaking with someone. I decided it would be less of a headache ache to drive down to rent a car and was told in person that they don’t have any cars. That’s info that could have been told over the phone very easily. When I asked why I wasn’t told this over the phone I was told by the that the reservation team is who would know if they had any available cars. So either the lady at the front desk had a one off magic trick where she could tell without looking that they didn’t have any vehicles or I was fed a bowl of bull.
