Reserved a luxury car online knowing it would cost a little more. arrived to find a dodge Durango that wasn't washed, had hair all over the interior was the selected ride. There was no explanation as to why we didn't get a luxury car, just here you go. they didn't do a walk around with us, just tossed us a key and we were on our way. Assistant Branch Manager assured me that a Durango was a luxury car. called customer support and was promised a call back that never came. filled the tank until the pump clicked off and was still charged for 2 gallons of gas. felt like I was up charged for everything they thought they could slid into the bill without someone complaining.

The people there in my opinion are amazing! They are friendly, and gave me confidence in getting a newer vehicle.

Recently rented an SUV while my car was in the shop. Everyone was very helpful and informative when my rental was extended. The only negative would be that I was only given a 1/4 tank of gas and it’s very difficult to manage.

Awful service and they dont tell you if you rent a box truck you have to use a major credit card and couldn't use a debit card. At NO point on their website does it say that. Total bs. Terrible non existent customer service
