  Gotta give kudos to shops like this. Because often times as a woman, we are taken advantage of or shops like to play in our faces. Well, I had an appointment to get a chip in my windshield fixed. They were friendly, professional, ontime and fixed my chip quickly. They initially told me 45 minutes, but fixed it in about 15-20 minutes. Thank you for your professionalism.

  I gave Safelite a four because dealing with trying to get a life person on the phone was very frustrating and was a convoluted process shifting through phone numbers. Also, the initial claim was denied for my OEM windshield so I had to make a bit of a fuss and call back and then finally everything was resolved, and the end result was excellent. I went to the Whitehall location and they came to my house for the actual service appointment. My technicians name was Miguel and he is highly recommended.

  I could not even get help to be able to try to book an appointment. Their AI agent that answers the phone is miserable and could not understand me and I'm Pennsylvania born and raised it it hung up on me twice. I finally managed to speak to an agent who gave me a wrong telephone number to to speak to somebody at the location. I went to All Star Auto Glass. They gave me an amazing price and can have it done the same day and I spoke to a real person

  First appointment was canceled 1/2 hour in because the wrong windshield was ordered. I took off from work to get this done:( Rescheduled to Saturday. On Saturday I was called to come in earlier as they close at 5 and they want to leave on time( why did you schedule me at 4 then?). The windshield was replaced within a half hour. I asked for free wipers for my trouble, and although hesitant, they conceded. I had to ask, nothing was offered for my inconvenience.

  Horrendous horrendous customer service. Told by my tech that he was unable and unwilling to put a suction cup back on my windshield because somehow doing so he would break the rubber suction cup, and as a result I would give a bad review, and I would file a civil lawsuit against him. He also told me that he was not allowed to touch anything that was an after market product. The irony is that Safelite tried to sell me after market windshield wipers as well as after market rained for my windshield for a ridiculous amount of money. The moral of the story is that the tech is indeed allowed to touch after market products as long as they are charging me $107 for the cheapest wipers they can find and winded on my windshield. Lmao
