Oil Change Services

Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.

Tire Rotation

Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.

Brakes Service & Repair

Regular brake inspections help you to know when to service your brakes and can save you money by finding needed repairs before they become severe.

Mufflers & Exhaust

We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.

Wheel Alignment

Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.

Shocks, Struts & Suspension Replacement

Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.

Car Battery Replacement and Installation

Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples. Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.

TPMS Sensor Replacement

There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

I leave reviews when people go above and beyond, and this team absolutely earned a 5-star review. I went to this Mavis Discount Tire on 2350 MacArthur Rd the day before the 4th of July, and as you can imagine, every tire shop was slammed. I called close to 20 different shops, including several other Mavis/Jack Williams locations, and no one had my tire size or could fit me in before the holiday weekend not even Tesla. Then I called this location and they made it happen. I have to give a huge shoutout to Carlo, the technician. From the moment I got there, he was constantly moving from one car to the next. You could tell he had already been working nonstop before I arrived, but he never looked frustrated or like he wanted to rush anyone. I've honestly never seen a technician work with that kind of energy while still providing great customer service. He cared about doing the job right and making sure customers left satisfied. He finished my tire faster than the estimated time and had me back on the road in no time. That level of efficiency, especially the day before a major holiday, was more than impressive. Chris, the manager deserves his credit too. He really knows how to run a business and was a pleasure to work with. His team says a lot about the kind of manager he is and the standards he sets. Everyone I came into contact with - work ethic, professionalism, and customer service were truly outstanding! If you are looking for a tire shop that actually cares about its customers and gets the job done right, this is the location to go! As someone who was just visiting Pennsylvania, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Chris, Carlo, & the entire team for taking care of me for turning what was already a stressful two days into such a great experience!

Want to start off by saying I typically don’t do reviews or “corporate “ mechanic places but , this Mavis location changed my views entirely. I had a 8am appointment and my car was immediately brought in for the wheel alignment. I was greeted by Tazz who had great energy for it being 8am. This place felt welcoming. Soon after one of the technicians showed me a missing bolt on my control arm and proceeded to look through his bucket to replace it. (Might not seem like a big deal but anyone who goes above and beyond in any way is a big deal to me). They also pointed out a few others issues and proceed to get the wheels aligned perfectly. While I was waiting I got to talk with a few techs about cars etc, the environment was super comfortable and I could’ve spent all day just hanging out with those dudes. 10/10! Will return for sure!

I’ve been to a lot of repair shops over the years, and this is one of the few places that truly earns your trust. The manager Chris and his assistant Tazz are always so professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything without trying to push me into things that were unnecessary. And That’s every time we come in . The work was completed quickly, my vehicle drives awesome, and the attention to detail was obvious. It’s also hard to find technicians who genuinely care about doing the job right, but that’s exactly what my wife and I found here, Even the mechanics here will come out and talk to you and show you what’s going on… If you want quality work, fair pricing, and people who stand behind what they do, this is 100% the shop to go to. I’ve used this location numerous times over the course of the last 4 months and this will be the only spot I bring my cars too as long as the building stands and the employees are the same. Thank you so much Mavis crew.

Not a well managed location. Last 5 visits now have been a disaster. They had ME go to buy parts! YOU'RE A SHOP! You need ME to go get the parts?? Then they told me the wrong part, so had to go somewhere else, and this took 3 separate visits. They ended up doing the repair for free, but I spent more on gas and parts than if they'd just gotten it themselves. Now today I go in for simple inspection/emission on a new vehicle with 5k miles and after sitting for 30 minutes, they tell me they have a computer issue and can't do it. 2 stars only because they did seem to be trying and genuinely care and were sorry for being incompetent, otherwise 1 star. But this is strike 5, I'm done with Mavis now.

Subject: Concern Regarding Miscommunication of Service Charges. I am writing to express my concern regarding a miscommunication that occurred during my recent visit for a vehicle inspection and subsequent brake service. At the time of my initial inspection, I was informed that my vehicle required new rotors and brake pads. Before leaving, I specifically asked the representative how much I would need to pay when I returned with the parts for installation. I was advised that there would be no additional charge beyond the amount I had already paid. Based on that information, I purchased the required rotors and brake pads independently, as instructed. However, when I returned to have the parts installed, I was informed that I would be responsible for an installation fee. I explained that this was inconsistent with the information I had previously received. I discussed this matter with both Jessica, the Regional Manager, and Chris, the Store Manager. They advised that my original payment covered only the vehicle inspection and did not include installation services. While I understand their explanation, this was not the information that was communicated to me by the representative at the time of payment. My concern is not solely the additional charge, but rather the inaccurate information that was provided. Customers rely on the information given by staff members when making purchasing and service decisions. Had I been correctly informed from the beginning, I would have been able to make a fully informed decision regarding the service. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that additional training be provided to staff members to ensure that service charges and customer expectations are communicated accurately and consistently in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response
