  Came in with a bad shake in the steering wheel, they rebalanced all my tires and got me back on the road FAST! Great service and friendly faces

  They do good work but also try to sell you that you need more than what you really need for your vehicle.

  HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR EMMISION AND INSPECTION TODAY AND SHORTLY AFTER MY ARRIVAL I WAS ALMOST HIT BY A CAR DRIVEN BY A SERVICE TECH TWICE. AFTER TELLING THE SERVICE TECH THAT YOU ALMOST HIT ME HE VAGRANTLY DISMISSED MY CONCERNS AND TREATED ME LIKE A PIECE OF CRAP THAT WAS IN HIS WAY AND DIDNT CARE ABOUT SIMPLE SAFETY. AFTER BRINGING MY CONCERNS TO THE FRONT DESK THEY DISRESPECTFULLY BYPASSED MY CONCERNS SO I CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT FOR NOW AND FOREVER AT THAT LOCATION. A SIMPLE PARDON ME WOULD HAVE SUFFICED..

  I don't usually leave reviews, but they earned these 5 stars! This is now my new go-to spot for anything vehicle related. Went for a second opinion after a local Meinke had failed my safety inspection and tried to get me for over a grand. Jack Williams gave me honest information without any pressure and they didn't recommend anything unnecessary. Saved me from spending a lot of unnecessary money just to pass inspection. Completely satisfied and will definitely be returning, highly recommend!
