  This WAS my go-to place. They have now shattered my confidence & trust in them. One little, simple, easy task that an employee had abundant opportunity to complete yet continuously failed to fulfill has ruined everything. I will never understand or agree with this employee’s ridiculous, extremely unprofessional, incompetent & reprehensible behavior. JW’s complacent, ineptitude to right the wrong has now forced my hand; to turn a once lengthy raving review, into a scathing one. I will patron elsewhere. Practicality anywhere else. Whoever it is that responds to these reviews: DON’T BOTHER DOING YOUR COPY-PASTE REPLY HERE. NO! NO I WILL NOT CALL YOU! I will never talk to JW employees over the phone ever again. This location can expect to be contacted by law enforcement, as well as an attorney and the local magistrate in writing delivered via USPS certified mail. THE AUDACITY OF THE LAST MESSAGE HE LEFT IS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. ME?!?!?!? YOU ACTUALLY THINK ITS ME WHO NEEDS TO UPDATE THE STATUS TO YOU?!?!?!? "Which services did you get?" THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ANYWHERE. -That's which. "Price paid?" - Oh YOU are going to be paying a price. -A VERY HIGH ONE. BBB & parent Mavis will know everything. All this time...and I STILL HAVE YET TO BE INFORMED THE ANSWER!!! THERE IS ZERO EXCUSE. ABSOLUTELY NONE WHATSOEVER. I trusted you and you... YOU! FAILED! Edit: Clearly someone has a very limited capacity to read & follow instruction and is foolishly under the impression that systematically choosing between two methods of generalized replies are the only options on how to proceed. WHERE IS MY VEHICLE THAT YOU NEVER INFORMED ME OF THE STATUS OF?!?!

  This place is the best. Great service and staff from management to techs. They started working on my car in 10 minutes as promised. I had a shimmy, I thought I had a bent wheel. They found the issue, the two new tires I purchased at Costco last week were not balanced properly, Costco added too much weight to each tire, one was 1.25 ozs overweight, one was 1.5 ounces overweight. I was told they will match any competitors pricing, so I return for tires and service next time.

  I had a wonderful experience at Jack Williams! I originally went in just for an alignment, but they found and fixed other issues with my vehicle that I wasn’t even aware of. They took the time to explain everything step-by-step and made sure I understood what was done. As a woman who doesn’t always feel comfortable going into places like this, I truly appreciated how respectful, professional, and welcoming everyone was. I left feeling like I had a brand-new car! I couldn’t be happier with the service. I would definitely look forward to using them for any future services and would highly recommend them to my family and friends! 🚗👏

  Great customer service and very accommodating! I walked in an hour before closing and all mechanics were busy but the employee that helped me Rob took initiative to squeeze me in instead of letting me come back another day. The service was extremely quick considering i walked in last minute!!

  Tires checked oil changed and very wonder employees were here to help me an answered the phone in a happy quick to help manner THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO HELPFUL ESPECIALLY DONALD AND DANIEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
