  I was having issues with my tire. They took The car in on a very timely basis. They explained everything to me very thoroughly. They are very knowledgeable and very kind. It was a great experience.

  I recently bought tires at a different tire shop, and on one of the tires, the lug nuts did not get torqued correctly. While driving, they lossened up and one actually fell off! I thankfully was able to make it to this Jack Williams before anything worse happened. One of the attendants quickly brought a jack out to where I had parked and jacked the car up and tightened the 4 reaming nuts. He then checked the torque all 4 tires. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size in stock, so he directed me to a nearby auto parts store to get a replacement. When I came back with the lug nut, he then proceeded to put it on and torqued it correctly. Impeccable costumer service shown to someone who wasn't even a customer! I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for any of the services they provide!
