  I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable and I want it documented so nobody else deals with the same damage I did. I went to Valvoline for what should be the simplest service on a car—an oil change. Somehow that basic job was completely mishandled. A few months later, I started having serious transmission issues on my performance car. After diagnosing everything, it turns out the wrong oil amount was used—about 13 quarts when my engine only takes 5.3. That is not a small mistake, that is catastrophic negligence. How does a “professional” oil change shop not know the correct capacity for a vehicle? That’s literally the most basic part of the job. This isn’t some complicated custom engine swap—it’s an oil change. The result for me has been thousands of dollars in damage and a failing valve body/transmission costing me $2700 in repairs!!! That was never an issue before this service. It is extremely frustrating knowing that something this simple could be done so carelessly and lead to major mechanical failure months later. I trusted this place with my vehicle and instead ended up dealing with major repairs that never should have happened. Completely unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable for a business that advertises quick and correct service. I would strongly advise anyone to double-check everything if you go here—or better yet, go somewhere that actually pays attention to what they’re doing.

  I went in for an oil change initially, but during their inspection the team was very thorough and found a few more potential problems. They explained what services they could provide and did not pressure me into making any purchases. I ended up getting a few additional filters changed and they showed me that my battery was close to dying, so I opted to add on that replacement - and both services only added about 10 mins to an already speedy appointment. Their fixes even turned off a pesky check engine light that I had on!

  The service was fast and thorough, they offered additional services without any pressure, and encouraged me to find a coupon online for the service I was receiving. I will definitely return for my next oil change.

  I called ahead to make sure that they had oil for my 2023 RAV4. The person I talked to put me on hold and confirmed with the location that they would be able to change the oil. When I arrived I was informed that they didn’t have oil. When I explained that there was a disconnect between the facility and call center, the employee reacted like they didn’t care. One star rating because desired service wasn’t possible. I’ll find somewhere else to go in the future

  Needed a quick oil change during a busy week and this location did not disappoint. You will pay more than a local shop that takes longer and is more economical (I have one of those I usually go to), but this Valvoline will only do what you need and do it quickly while you stay in the car. Christian the manager was knowledgeable and no nonsense. And it was clear that the other employee working at next bay is also focused and enjoys his work.
