  So I got a new Mazda December 2024, I’ve only ever had valvoline on McKnight do my oil changes. They are great. Well back in July of this year 2026 I went for my oil change and they were out of the their full synthetic that I needed, no big deal but I work 2 jobs no free time to do it another day so the guy said the one in Wexford DOES have the full synthetic if you have to go today. So I did, went to Wexford. This was NOT the valvoline experience or quality. So it was just a bunch of kids no older than 27ish. BLASTING music with profanities etc, and just all around lack of professionalism with no manager to be seen. I had forgiven all of that until this week when I took my car in for inspection and it didn’t pass inspection cause apparently I have been driving around with a MASSIVE oil leak cause the washer on the drain valve had been CRUSHED. Come to find out the dunces at valvoline Wexford torqued the cap FOUR TIMES the recommended amount. Now I have amazing family who fixed it for free and now through my own time and efforts it’s all alright now. When I called valvoline to formally submit my grievances I was only able to leave a message with valvolines messaging system (it was a love agent but still I couldn’t speak with wexfords manager) and I requested an urgent calll back. It’s been a week and ZERO RESPONSE. I believe im due for reimbursement for time money and effort me and my family has had to shell out for valvoline wexfords careless mistake and lack of customer care. Valvoline is great as long as it’s not the one in wexford

  I went to the wax for location and Christian and the crew really helped me out because my car was running low on oil. They filled up all the fluids for me. I was out of there in a few minutes.
