  I don't understand all of the positive reviews for this place. Had new brakes and rotors installed about a year ago on a midsize SUV. They started constantly squeaking after a few months and all had to eventually be replaced with OEM parts from the dealership. Over 1k down the drain on garbage parts. Never again.

  Brought my car here to diagnosis and repair an ac issue. Was informed same day that the dye test did not show any leaks and the system was flushed and recharged. Picked up the car hours later after being told the car was good to find that only my passenger side was blowing cold air, not the drivers side. Brought the car back the same day and was told my car would be worked on the next morning. The next day, I still hadn't received a call 4 hours after they opened so I called to get an update. The guy I spoke to said there was a leak near the dashboard that he couldn't see the day before with the dye test and that he attempted to seal and recharge and would check it again in 30 minutes and call me back. I did not receive another call for 2 hours and was told once again that my car was good and to come pick it up. I asked what ended up being wrong and done to fix it, and the receptionist advised he "didn't know" and I could talk to the guy who worked on the car when I got there. When I arrived again, the receptionist told me my key was in the car and I'm good to go, so I had to ask to talk to the guy who did my car. He said there was still no leak identified (despite telling me hours earlier there was a leak) but he charged the car again and it seems to be holding. I told him I was worried this issue would come up again since there was no true problem identified and he said he was "worried too" and "all you can do is drive it and see what happens" and low and behold the car is blowing warm again now 24 hours later. Do not recommend this place at all. They aren't capable of handling anything more than a BASIC ac charge and will do anything except tell you that so you can save your money and go to someone with the skill set to actually fix your car. Now I have spent 300 dollars for nothing and have to take my car somewhere else. Update: Toyota identified the issue immediately, my condensor was leaking and was fixed right away.

  The level of professionalism, hospitality, and even an unexpected touch of sacrifice (from both the staff and the manager specifically) to help me in my sudden and unfortunate situation does not exist elsewhere today. Yes I am a real customer My experience was beyond phenomenal.

  My Go- To for Automotive needs. The Wexford location has excellent customer service and trust their opinion and pricing more than Fair. Started off with 4 new tires,inspection , brakes and alignment and recently had oil change and tire rotation. I will no longer be traveling the distance to dealership in Pleasant Hills for servicing. Highly recommend Monro in Wexford.
