Instead of booking with each branch individually, you are booking with a central phone bank who does not appear to have an accurate inventory for each branch. We booked a 7 seater SUV 3 weeks ago for McMurray, PA. My husband called yesterday to verify and we were told the vehicle had never been booked, despite having all of our information on file. We then called this location and spoke with a representative who assured us that a 7 seater vehicle would be available at this location in the morning. We immediately received an email confirmation, as well as a follow up text confirming we had the vehicle. In the meantime, we did receive a voicemail from the manager of this branch that they may not have the vehicle we need. By the time we received the voicemail, it was after hours and the branch was closed. My husband called customer service to see if we could pick up a vehicle at the airport location and we were quoted $1000 for a 2 day rental (5x the original price). We decided to take our chances and see if West Mifflin could accommodate us and arrived as soon as they were open. While there were plenty of cars in the lot that would fit our needs, we were told that people had rented them weeks ago. I reminded the manager we had also rented one several weeks ago. We were offered a vehicle smaller than the vehicle we drove there in. While the manager was apologetic, there was no attempt to make things right, and our trip has been ruined. Do not use this company. They overbook in order to sell out and have no problem leaving you high and dry. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES
