  I made an appointment a few day's in advance so they could make sure they have the parts I told the man on the phone if they can't get the parts please call me so I don't waist my time. When I got there they said they don't have the parts. Total waste of my time and will never go back there again. My time is important to me.

  Had a valve stem that tore on 4th of July weekend. Went to the Mavis on embassy drive and they were busy so they called their Columbia ave store. Luis, the assistant store manager, made time for me and got it fixed quickly and on my way.

  We couldn't have found a better place to have our tire fixed. We are from CT and got a flat on our camper. They patched it and we were on our way. Thank you ABI The Noto's

  Gerry and the entire crew were lifesavers! Squeezed me in for an inspection last minute after another garage bailed on me 2 weeks in a row. They were kind, courteous and went above and beyond! They now have a new loyal customer!

  I would definitely not recommend getting major service done here. We actually had great experiences with oil changes however when my car completely broke down and we had it towed there… when I say it’s been DAYS with no communication, parts being added on with no real consent given to us (they were already ordered and I only found out because I called to check in. They never called me)… just save yourself and don’t get jipped or stuck without a vehicle due to slow service.
