  I huge thanks to both of the stores in Lancaster, PA. Of course what’s worse then when you need your car and you come out and there’s a nail in your new tire. I first went to the location that I purchased my new tires but they were so busy but offered to call their other location. They were able to take me right away. I met Gerry at the door who got me in right away. He was so pleasant after a crazy day that I had. Within an hour I was back on the road😃 Keep up the good work Mavis! I will highly recommend anyone who needs any tire services!

  Best place in this area. The employee (Abi) solve my problem with new tires. Very friendly and profesional. Every employee was very friendly and happy to help me with answering all my questions and found a way to fix my car. I recommend this place. Also price is very helpful.

  The team at the Columbia Ave location did an amazing job! They took care of everything quickly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Everyone was professional, helpful, and willing to work with us to make sure our needs were met.   Thank you Mavis Tire for having a great customer representative . Luis was very friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We are from out of town. Went to BJ's for a road hazard warranty. They did not have the appropriate size of tire to assist us and recommended your company. We came just before closing and Luis was extremely nice and diligent to resolve our shortcoming. Once again thank you Luis and thank you Mavis Tire.

  I came in with a leaking tire and Luis took excellent care of it. He originally said there wasn’t enough time for a walk in appointment but then changed his mind. He replaced my valve stem free of charge and took time out of his busy day to help me out. Excellent service, would highly recommend coming to Mavis based on the customer service alone.
