  Always bait and switch at Valvoline. I buy a Groupon and they charge you an extra $17 because my “car takes more oil than the Groupon covers” So I wind up paying normal rate AFTER waiting for an hour and 45’ Customer service is nonexistent. They just want to upsell you on an air filter. Never again Groupon was a joke and mistake.

  Most Valvoline locations have well-trained, fairly professional staff and get you in and out efficiently. This one is no exception. Good staff, quick service. Definitely search online for current coupons. Typically $10-20 off is available for conventional or synthetic oil changes. They tend to try to upsell you, but who doesn’t? Try to go during less busy hours and you’ll be in and out in under 30 min.
