  The service tech Bill was outstanding. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped meet our needs. He went above and beyond especially with a problem we had with our key bob.

  Today, my wife and I took her 2022 XC40 Volvo to get a key fob reprogrammed. Kudos to Greg Donaldson, the Service Manager at Stillman, for many years even though he looks like he just graduated from high school, :) It took Greg probably 15 minutes to come up with a genius solution to solve the problem and my wife was a happy camper. Thank you Quinn, Diane & Brian as well during our service visit today. Service like this is why we have owned Volvo's for over 20 years!! Thanks Greg! Barry & Donna Smith West Chester, PA I failed to mention that we are mid 70's young but still struggle with technology and Greg spoke in non-geek language which was much appreciated.

  So impressed with Stillman Volvo service department! Super professional and the staff our top tier! The videos they send to you during service of your car really shows how thorough they are and exactly what they are doing.

  Absolutely incredible service department, BIG thanks to Nick Martin and the team! I’ve had a known problem for two years now that another Volvo dealer essentially refused to fix, Nick not only fit me in the same day I talked to him, but had the car done in half a day while fixing the problem I had! I have zero hesitation about getting service done there, this team is top notch. Thank you!
