  After buying a car through Carvana and having a terrible experience, we found ourselves searching for a very specific used Volkswagen. Stillman Volvo happened to have the exact vehicle we wanted, even though they were about two hours away from us. We had previously tried working with another dealership that sold a vehicle to someone else despite us wanting to place a deposit, so we were understandably nervous about making the long drive. Stillman assured us they would hold the car until our appointment—and they did. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The showroom was bright, airy, and welcoming, and the woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and relaxed. Ryan, our salesperson, had the Volkswagen freshly washed, with the keys in hand and ready for us to test-drive immediately. Everything was so prompt and organized that it genuinely blew us away. We took the car on about a 30-minute test drive, pressed every button, tested every feature, and really took our time looking it over. The vehicle was flawless and exceeded our expectations. It had brand-new tires, a brand-new battery, was absolutely spotless, and was priced incredibly fairly. They even had bagels and other treats available while we were there! Sitting down with Ryan afterward felt natural and completely low-pressure. The entire process was genuinely painless, and we felt comfortable from beginning to end. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left with the keys and title, less than three hours had passed. We were back on the road in no time. What impressed us even more, though, was how Stillman treated us after the sale. About a week after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the steering wheel moved unnaturally when I pressed the brakes while driving on the highway. I called Stillman just to ask whether there was anything they might be able to do. The manager Dan was incredibly helpful, found a mechanic close to where we live, arranged an appointment for us - they took care of everything without hesitation. That kind of service is practically unheard of when buying a used car! Stillman Volvo is running an amazing business and truly cares about its customers - not only while they are purchasing a vehicle, but afterward as well. My partner and I will recommend them without hesitation, and because of this experience, we would even consider purchasing a Volvo from them in the future. If you are in the market for a vehicle, Stillman Volvo should absolutely be at the top of your list. They deserve every bit of praise. Hats off to the entire team!

  I recently had my Volvo serviced at Stillman Volvo, including replacement of the rear evaporator core to repair the air conditioning. When I picked up the car, I discovered that the AC was still blowing hot air. The team immediately took another look, identified the problem, and completed the additional repair at no extra cost. I didn’t even have to ask—they took it upon themselves to make things right and ensure I was taken care of for the inconvenience. My service advisors, Nick and Judah, were both extremely helpful, and the entire staff was polite and professional throughout the process. I truly appreciated their accountability, attention to customer service, and willingness to stand behind their work. I would highly recommend Stillman Volvo.

  I have owned several Volvo care and suv's and service has always been a really good experience. The past few trips I have had then pleasure of interacting with Brian. Great guy, knowledgeable and informative always. So pleasant, nothing is ever too much for him to answer or look into.
