Terrible Service, terrible results, terrible people. Had a chip that was smaller than the tip of my finger. They filled it making it splinter into 3 separate cracks about 2 inches in size. 3 days after repair I see that the cracks they had created had turned into a 14 inch crack across windshield. No warranty - no refunds just tried to swindle me in to buying new windshield through them.

Don’t use this company find someone else. The tech called before you even got here trying to talk me out of coming despite my appointment. When he got here, he told me I should just leave The Chip alone. I explained to him it was a brand new car and I wanted it fixed. He called me said it was fixed and left. I went out only to see that my window had not been repaired. I texted the company to call me and I’ve heard from no one.

I’m giving two stars because the technicians I had were good. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I was called the day of my appointment to cancel because my new windshield was supposedly delivered the same day and was shattered. I had taken off that day and lost out on pay and had to reschedule and make accommodations again to fit their schedule. That day, I got my windsheild replaced, but the rain caused the recalibration to not work. I called to reschedule the calibration and they said they couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks- well after I needed it. The manager got that bumped up to a week earlier which was still super inconvenient. I communicated on the phone that I needed it done by 3:30, as I was driving out of state at 4 in my car. (within my appointment window) and the customer service rep said she added a note. The day of, I hadn’t heard from them by 2pm so I called and they said it “wouldn’t be possible” to get my recalibration done by 3:30. I told her to cancel the appointment all together and I’d find somewhere else and to not charge me for the recalibration. She said “we can’t replace the windsheild without a recalibration for safety reasons” as I had been waiting a week with that exact scenario. Manager again saved the day, my windsheild was done at 3:20pm. While the manager and technicians were helpful and I eventually got the service I paid full price for, I would not reccomend and will personally never use again because it took almost 2 weeks to complete the job and I had to make accommodations to get to work/ take off for 3 days when it should have been done the first day. It felt like the only way to get through to the customer service representatives was by getting through to the manager.
