Great service. Katona is an amazing lady, helped me through the complex process of insurance. 10 stars
My driver's side windshield wiper is 26" and the passenger side wiper is 22". I opted to keep my windshield wipers with my new windshield because I installed them a month ago and they were only about $5 each from RockAuto.
My car was ready for pickup 30 minutes faster than they estimated so I left feeling good about the appointment went to work. When I got out of work, I was driving home and it got super foggy... I hit my wipers and they got stuck in a triangle before the left wiper flew off of my car and the metal hook that the wiper attaches to scraped across my new windshield. As you might have guessed, the technician re-installed my wipers on the wrong sides. He installed the 26" wiper on the passenger side (which was supposed to be 22"), which broke off the 22" wiper that was on the driver's side (supposed to be 26") because it was too long. So, my 22" passenger side wiper—which was improperly re-installed by your technician on the driver's side—is laying somewhere on the road.
I'm worried about my car windshield's mechanics/hardware now, and I thought my new windshield was going to break because it made a loud "nails on chalkboard" sound. I had to drive home in intense fog and was unable to use even the passenger wiper because i didn't want the uncovered metal of the driver's side wiper hook whose blade fell off to crack my new windshield.
I don't think my new windshield is cracked/scratched, but I'm uncertain because i wasn't even the one who noticed that my old windshield (the one that you guys replaced) was cracked—my mom was. I feel robbed of $300. I almost wondered if you guys would have made the same mistake if I spent the extra $50 for you guys to give me new wipers. I planned on ordering my next set from RockAuto and saving $40, but I had to spend $25 on a single wiper at AutoZone because you guys messed up.
First time I had to replace my windshield so i was nervous and didnt know what to expect. Dan wad the technician who would replace my windshield. He was very likeable, kind and professional. He explained every step that would be taken to replace the windshield. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Safelite, you will be as impressed as I am.

Have replaced or repaired 7 windshields ( yeah I know ) in the last 10 years on 4 different cars - its ridiculous, but I have always used Safelite and every interaction has always had the same high level of service and ease of use they are one of the few very few companies that have managed to consistently provide the same great service over the years I can’t say that about to many other companies.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Safelite AutoGlass and would not recommend them.
I was charged over $1,000 for a windshield replacement and recalibration, including around $500 specifically for the recalibration. When I got my car back, the calibration was not completed.
I returned two more times, and each visit they kept my car for several hours. After the third visit, they finally told me they were unable to complete the calibration at all.
To make things worse, they then told me I should take the car to the dealership myself to get it calibrated. When I said that was fine and asked for my money back for the recalibration I already paid for, they acted like they didn’t understand and gave me a hard time.
The situation escalated further when the receptionist argued with me and claimed I was lying about paying for the recalibration, despite the fact that it is clearly listed on my receipt.
Eventually, I was told the refund would be processed within one month. It has now been over three months, and I still have not received anything.
On top of that, their customer service is extremely difficult to reach, forcing me to make repeated 30-minute trips each way just to follow up on their mistake.
Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
