  We called ahead to confirm BMW’s 0.9% financing was available, then showed up without an appointment. We were greeted quickly and paired with Andrew, who was friendly and easy to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and Andrew respected that from the start. He pulled a couple of cars that fit what I was looking for. One drove beautifully but didn’t have the tow hitch I needed. The other had the hitch but not the interior color I wanted — still, it checked every other box. When it came to negotiating, Andrew didn’t play the typical salesman games. He listened, worked with my husband and me directly, and made the whole process straightforward. We drove home in a BMW I love. Highly recommend asking for Andrew if you’re shopping here.

  This was my first experience buying a BMW and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. My salesperson, Scott, started off great but when the seal was secured, the communication was lacking. After verbally agreeing to purchase the car vis text, I didn’t hear anything for several days and when I asked to pick up the car I was told that the finance department didn’t have the documents ready. After finally picking the car up, realized on the way home that I had less than a quarter tank of gas and couldn’t make it home without stopping for gas. When I told Scott this, he apologized and stated he would send a form of compensation. That was 6 weeks ago. Last text went unanswered. Seems as if he is more concerned about quantity of sales versus quality if sales. I guess I just expected more from BMW.

  After years of owning Audis (2015–2025), we recently made the switch to BMW, and I can genuinely say I now understand why so many people are making the move. Justice, who has been with BMW of West Chester for 25 years, made the entire process incredibly smooth. On my first visit, I spent less than an hour test driving the vehicle. When I returned to complete the purchase, he patiently walked me through every feature, something that I’ve never had any other salesman do when, especially when buying used. Nick in Finance was just as impressive. The financing process was quick and seamless, a refreshing change from the 3 - 4 hour experiences I’ve had purchasing from neighboring Audi dealerships. I’m honestly still taken back by how efficient and enjoyable the entire experience was. If you’re reading this and have been hesitant to make the switch because of years of brand loyalty, BMW of West Chester may be the place for you.
