  Person checking us in just required to do too much. He also had to get and process a loaner while other customers just had to wait. Appropriate staffing appears to be an issue. A separate person needs to be processing the loaners and a separate person should be removing the cars after they,are checked in and bringing in the loaners.

  I rarely write reviews but my recent experience warrants a recap. Jesse Summers (sales) and Brooks Collins (finance) provided an exceptional car buying experience and the best one that my wife and I have personally faced in many years of selling and purchasing vehicles. I would highly recommend requesting both Jesse and Brooks if you’re considering purchasing or leasing a BMW. Jesse is very knowledgeable and on the rare occasion he didn’t immediately know something, he was transparent and got us the answer. Ultimately, there were zero questions left unanswered for us which, upon reflection, was extremely impressive. We appreciated that he didn’t manufacture only information we wanted to hear and ensured he provided us with accurate and objective guidance. He was supportive through the process, communicated well via multiple communication channels, and never pushed. We visited half a dozen times before making a final decision and Jesse’s expertise and patience were large parts of what helped solidify the decision to go with him and West Chester BMW. Once we finalized and moved forward, Brooks invited us to discuss financials. He met us at our level of expertise and what can typically last hours concluded in under two hours end-to-end. The process could have been compressed even more had we not had so many questions. He was respectful of our time and our family’s comfort, and the dialogue felt like a bidirectional exchange as opposed to a tedious sales pitch. This led to a straightforward discussion and positive outcome for all parties. We will absolutely be looking for excuses to give additional business to BMW West Chester, Jesse, and Brooks in the future.

  If you're buying a flagship car and you're particular about how the deal gets done, ask for Ralph Nofsinger at BMW of West Chester. I just bought a certified pre-owned 2025 740i xDrive from out of state, and it was the smoothest BMW purchase I've had — and this is my fourth CPO. I'm a tough customer. I care about straight answers, sound reasoning, and not having my time wasted, and Ralph delivered on all three. A few things stood out. I asked him to write a contingency directly into the buyer's order guaranteeing the car would pass my state's safety inspection before I committed, and he did it without blinking. He told me exactly who had owned the car, and when an active factory stop-sale came up mid-process, he gave me honest timelines instead of dodging the question. When I passed on the backend products — extended warranties and the like — because I'd rather self-insure, he dropped it immediately. No pressure, no second pitch. He behaves like an advisor, not someone trying to close you. The logistics were genuinely complicated: financing through my own credit union, plus the tag and title headaches that come with buying across state lines. He handled all of it and never made it my problem. Since I had a long drive to pick up the car, I wanted to know exactly what I was getting before making the trip. Ralph had his BMW Genius team shoot raw, unedited HD video and photos of everything I asked about — the wheel repairs, the bumpers, even the actual key fobs. The car matched the videos exactly when I arrived. Decades in the business, and it shows. The delivery was seamless, he respected my time start to finish, and I got precisely what was promised. I love the car and couldn't be happier with how it went. Highly recommended.
