The technicians were very thorough and explained everything that needed to be fixed without trying to push extra services I didn't actually need. The only reason it isn't five stars is that it can be a little hard to get an appointment scheduled quickly, but the quality of the work is definitely worth the wait.

I did a lot of internet research to find aftermarket product information and decided on Both Dinan and Carbahn products. The dealer locator gave me the choice of (3) shops in decent proximity to Wayne, PA. I contacted/visited each one but was convinced that Bimmerworks was the best choice. I certainly made the BEST choice. Steve and his team helped me to pick the appropriate products/services for my Phase One. The installation went perfectly!!! I can't wait to start planning for Phase Two which will dramatically increase the performance of my m2! These folks are very customer-oriented, professional and experts in their business. I give them my highest rating and recommendation!

Each time I was given the same response: “Sorry about that, I don’t know what happened, I’ll get back to you by the end of the day.” No estimate was ever sent. If they were too busy or didn’t have the information, that should have been communicated upfront. The lack of follow-through and communication makes me question the overall level of service.
