  After glass replacement ,,The dashcam quit working after service screen black, air duct completely broken off and and glue stickers not replaced on EZ pass. Didn't work for me

  Kenneth showed up, got right to work, he was very friendly we chatted a little while he got setup. I stopped by about a half hour later, asked him several questions, which he answered. I had to get back to work so I thanked him and I didn’t want to distract him further. I went back a little bit later to see him before he departed but he was already on his way to the next appointment.

  Had them come to replace my windshield on my BMW, the windshield they brought was missing the cowl gasket to seal the bottom of the window (supposed to come with windshield) management tried to have the installer use my old damaged seal, but luckily the installer had pride in his work and refused, and rigged my windshield as best as he could without the gasket. Vin plate was half covered. they ended up coming back out and replacing the windshield a 2nd time after I told them I wanted it done right as a "should be ok" isnt something you should suggest to your client. 2 stars for actually completing the work, but 0 stars for those running the business. If you have spare time, call them up, if you want to know for sure its done in the first visit, look elsewhere.

  I visited this location for a windshield repair for a rock chip on 7/25 and Steve was the technician. Upon arrival, he came into the office from the bay and asked me what I came in for today. Then he asked to go outside and show him what I had going on. After a quick glance, he let me know that he could take care of it, but that he was by himself today and it may take additional time, which I acknowledged and made it clear I wasn’t in any rush. Then after another glance, he noticed a completely different rock chip than the one that I initially made the appointment for near the camera and he let me know he would not be able to repair that one due to its location, then he immediately suggested that I just come back another day for a brand new windshield. I then requested that he just repair the initial rock chip that I came in for because it was in my line of sight and I was already there for an appointment to address it, but that I could come back another day to get a new windshield. That very obviously didn’t please Steve, but he agreed to go ahead and take care of me, albeit very obviously reluctantly. He then drove my vehicle into the bay and within about 20-30 minutes pulled the vehicle out of the bay and parked it out front. I went to meet him outside to take a look and the initial issue seemed to be repaired satisfactorily. I then let him know we could make another appointment to get a new windshield since he said he couldn’t repair the other rock chip near the camera. He then stated, “Well you might as well just see if it cracks now”, which told me he was done with me and didn’t want to make any additional effort today. I then left and decided that I’ll never go back to this location ever again. I’ve been to the Washington, PA location several other times over the years and never had a problem, but on this day, Steve repeatedly made it clear that he was there by himself and also made it completely obvious that he was very annoyed by this fact. Minimal effort and poor attitude from start to finish. It’s completely fine to let a customer know that you’re by yourself and because of that, it may take you longer to take care of them than it normally would, but to emphasize it multiple times by things you say, your non-verbals and body language, and repeatedly trying to find reasons to send the customer away as quickly as possible is just unacceptable.
