  Had an object stuck in my tire. Got an appointment for the patch repair in less than 2 hours. Repair was done quickly and professionally. Everyone was extremely friendly.

  They were able to get me in quickly and were friendly when speaking to them, but it doesn’t really seem like they know what they are doing. They failed me for my inspection because my high beams didn’t work cause they wouldn’t come on, but that’s just because they were on the automatic setting. I explained that to them and still got it as a fail on the paper. They also said I needed to have my passenger side mirror in order to pass, but that’s not true considering i have both my Rear View and driver side mirrors. You’re only required to have 2 in order to pass. They wanted me to pay 500 dollars for 2 tires for a toyota corolla, which is way more expensive than i’ve ever paid, on top of the 200 i was already paying. I wouldn’t waste your time going here.   lazy people work here. i have been taking my car here for years for service. i recently took it for an oil change. it was done very quickly. when i went to pay i said that was quick did you rotate the tires at least? the kid at the counter said no, we don't rotate the tires unless you request it. i said well on the website it says included is tire rotation for free. the kid said oh yea it is a courtesy but you still have to request it because some people get mad when you automatically rotate the tires. so i said ok, well rotate them please. i paid then wondered all these years have they not been rotating the tires because you have to request it????!!!!!

  My car broke down on my way home to New Jersey from Ohio. I got my car towed to Mr Tire but since it was after hours, i left my key in the drop box. I called the next morning at 7:30 when they opened to make sure they got my key and knew that the car would not start, the service manager said they got it and will take a look at it. I called two hours later for an update and was told they had to wait for another guy to come in to push the car on the lift to take a look underneath it, was clearly told they would call me. I called again two and half hours later because at this point I needed to know what to do about my hotel situation. I was told they couldnt do anything with the car and that I would need to bring it the dealer. When I got there, I saw that THEY NEVER MOVED THE CAR! It never went on a lift and no one bothered to call me to let me know what was going on. I finally had to get another tow truck to bring it to a different auto repair shop. On top of this, they had the balls to charge me $29 for doing absolutely nothing! Screw this place!
