  The time for a state mandated vehicle inspection is something that I never look forward to. We chose Mr. Tire for this service because of past experiences. The staff has always been friendly but professional and the shop is staffed with carrying technicians. The shop, storefront, waiting area and restroom was welcoming, clean and tidy. I watched the inspection from a distance as the technicians went over the entire vehicle. The inspection and paperwork was completed as expeditiously as possible. The technician left the interior neat and clean, he even parked the vehicle for an easy exit of parking area. Mr. Tire in Washington Pa is the shop to go to for general maintenance. I highly recommend them!

  Great people! I went in for mounting and balancing a set of tires. They were kind enough to show me my car on the lift. They did a quick job, too. My only complaint is that I was given mismatched valve caps. Im sure if I would have asked they would correct it, but I didn't notice at the time. The guy running the front desk is knowledgeable if you want to chat about tires! Thanks, guys!

  Great place, have used them a few times and its always been hassle free. Today was no exception, Bill was quick to find a solution to my issue and even faster to get it fixed. Much appreciated!

  I wouldn’t give these people 1 star if I ain’t have to, but unfortunately for me to leave a review I had to give em that. I called them abt replacing a tire which they said they would just for us to get towed to the shop to tell us I would have to pay to get all 4 tires replaced for them to take the 1 tire off. Which is something that should’ve been said BEFORE paying for a tow company to tow my truck to their establishment. So I had to drive a truck with a FLAT tire from one place to another cause we didn’t have a jack to remove the tire nor did I have the money to pay for 4 new tires

  I ordered tires online from Giga Tires, had them shipped to Mr. Tire and prepaid for installation at this store. The wheels were already off of my car so I just brought them in. Two of my wheels had preexisting imperfections on them. I documented that by taking pictures because I have had issues in the past with installers damaging my wheels when mounting tires and trying to say that the damage they caused was there already. Well, it happened again. The installer left a long gouge in the paint along the rim of one wheel. I brought it to the attention of Brian, the manager, after I loaded my wheels into the trunk of my car and inspected them. He said that it was curb rash that was there already before they mounted the tires. The metal is not gouged from curb rash and you can tell the paint was just freshly scraped away by the tire mounting machine. I then told him I had pictures of the preexisting damage that shows none of the damage they caused. He continued to deny any wrongdoing on their part and tried blaming the low profile sidewall of the tires causing issues with mounting. Ok, then why mount the tires in the first place and not say anything to me beforehand? They also don’t use plastic duck heads on their tire machine. He said to call Giga Tires and take it up with them since I paid for installation through Giga. I contacted Giga via chat and the chat representative called Mr. Tire to see what they had to say. Brian flat out lied to the chat rep and said the wheel was previously curbed and brought to them like that before mounting. I emailed the before and after pictures to the chat rep and he said to contact Monro-Mr. Tire Customer Service with my issue. Corporate has been impossible to get a hold of via phone or email and the store refuses to accept responsibility for damaging my wheel. I suppose small claims court is the next step. If you have anything other than steel wheels, I would stay far away from this place for having your tires mounted.
