  First thing the service advisor did was lie to me. He told me my registration which I had just renewed and printed was no good. Then told me the same for my insurance. There is no way I will be trying to use their services. Lied to before the inspection starts makes me think they would try to Rio me off on the inspections. I do not recommend.

  Emissions, state inspection and tire rotation . Always a great experience at this location they are friendly do a great job in timely manner and are upfront with you with price before starting

  Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience: I had a flat tire and could see the nail. I wanted the tire plugged. I had never gotten any auto service here before. The center was clean and neat. I was greeted by a friendly, nicely dressed young man who once he heard my story said, "We can handle that and I can get you right in. You will be out within 45 minutes." Sure enough my car was done on time. While I sat waiting, I read posters identifying a number of other universal services offered there. The manner in which I was spoken with throughout the experience also makes me want to go there again. I felt respected when so often I have been made to feel as though I was doing the shop a favor, not the other way around. I suggest to anyone to give them a chance to work on your vehicle.

  Got me in for a flat tire real quick and took great care of me. Great people there and very professional too. First time there and I would Def recommend them

  My husband & I took our car for oil change on Monday( 07/13/2026) at the Mr Tire auto service here in Washington. Manger was friendly. Oil change done. Tuesday when my husband had left for work, he noticed the grease on the tires and the oil was pouring out of the car! He tried calling the Mr. Tire auto service to explain the situation! And he wanted to talk to the manager., but they said they can’t do anything about it, they advised my husband that the manager will call him on Monday! Mind you! My husband works in Ohio, how the hell is he gonna make it back home when he can’t even move the vehicle? We only asked if they have any shops in Ohio to go check our car & just try and fix it. Can someone at your Ohio shops contact my husband asap.?
