- TMT MJul 15, 20261.0Renter beware!! Rented a vehicle from this location. Upon arrival, the receptionist had an attitude. I told her that I had a reservation that has been booked weeks earlier with an amount that I was to pay. She acted like she wasn’t going to be able to honor the reservation and when I said I’ll go elsewhere, she said she could do it. I paid $800, which included a $200 deposit; however, the price increased by several hundred dollars. I had to fight with the general manager and was refunded $100, less than what I should have been. The manager considered this to be rectified on their end. I’m not sure how the agreed to conditions and prices were thrown out the window upon arrival. Use caution when renting a vehicle through this location.
- JPJohn PochronJul 6, 20261.0For the 2nd year in a row the southwestern Pa. branch has notified us 2 days before pickup that the extended SUV we reserved 3 months ago would not b available. This year I even called the day before to verify the availability. Both years I was given lack of availability excuses, but I contracted when prices were lower so when summer vacation demands equal higher prices ( a swing of $1,000 )...my reservation came in second place . However I do recommend Enterprise of Morgantown WV. They came to my rescue.... very professional, even better pricing at that moment and empathetic of my situation. Definitely don't count on SWPA Enterprise when planning a car rental.
