I made my appointment for tires, oil change, inspection and to check my brakes. Jessica was so helpful, she helped me apply for the mavis card, provided me with exceptional customer service. Not to mention she really worked with me, she provided discounts on pricing, I couldn’t have been able to get all of the work that I needed done with out her! I would highly recommend this store! Thanks again to Jessica and the staff very friendly and polite, professional and trustworthy!

Disorganized mess.
I brought my car there yesterday because I had a flat and this was the closest shop.
Since it was close to closing they had to keep my car overnight.
The next morning they call and say that I needed to replace the tire because the nail had punctured the sidewall. They also said the brakes needed to be replaced. I told them to focus on the tire (singular) and I would take my car to my regular shop later.
After I arrived to pick up my car, they had my car under someone else’s name, and claimed I needed two tires and had approved that service.
I argued that I did not authorize two replacement tires. So they made a big show out of taking a picture of my old tire, talking about how unsafe it was.
I paid and left, I will never come back to this location.

Woke up on a Sunday morning to a rear passenger side tire with only 8lbs of air and a front drivers side with 19lbs of air. Not a great way to start a Sunday. Not many places open for these things on a Sunday. Went to Mavis in Warrington. Was greeted by Serhiny, shared my issues and he said no problem let us take a look and I’ll be back into talk to you about what needs to be done. I started to actually calm down and not be so frustrated, he came in and explained exactly what the issues were and how they needed to be handled. While I did not head out planning to have to purchase new tires he explained that I had 3 large construction nails in the one tire and it had already been patched once prior so, legally he could not patch it again. He then shared that buying two is the better choice because the thread difference would throw off the alignment of the vehicle. He told me he understood if I just wanted to do the one but wanted me to know what could happen if I did just the one. There were some minor issues with the other tire ghat could have been fixed, but I opted to just move forward and purchase both because he was so clear in his explanation and did not push at all when I said just the one. After allowing me some space to think and process I went back and said let’s do the two. There was no pushy statement to try and force me into something I didn’t want. He let me come to the conclusion on my own. This is how he won me over as the place I will always go for my automotive needs now! Way to go! You have a rock star in this employee!!
