- ALAlexis LanzilloMay 9, 20261.0Visited this store 2x within 5 days and was told there was nothing wrong with my tire that kept losing air (tire purchased at Mavis, less than one year old). At first appt, a valve was replaced, issue continued. 2nd appt, soap and water test done by 1 tech and observed by another staff, told there was no leaks, tech shrugged shoulders as to why it kept happening and I was told it "must be because of cold temperatures" (in May, no temps below freezing). In my attempt at a 3rd appt, I was told there was at least a 2 hour wait, so I immediately went to another location. Within 5 minutes at another location (Montgomerville, PA), a 1" nail was found in the tire, causing the leak.
