I went here a few weeks because I had a nail in my front drivers side tire. When I walked in they tried to convince me that I had reserved 4 tires when I know for a fact I only ordered one. After realizing that the car still wasn't running right I noticed the very same nail was still in the same tire. When I went back they told me that they had instead replaced the back tire, which was absolutely completely fine. Why would they replace a perfectly fine tire, no questions asked, when I literally came in there to get a new tire? The new tire originally cost me $150, and after the fact they just repaired the front tire for free. I wanted the front tire replaced, that's why I went in. Instead they took a good back tire, and i basically paid the new tire price for just a repair. Im not happy at all, they basically cut off the wrong limb and took zero accountability. I called and told Jessica about it before i came back in, and she was also standing next to the desk the entire time I was there, there is no way she didn't know what was going on. No worries at all, im never returning...
