From the moment they greeted me, the stress melted away. They immediately inspected everything, spotted the issue, and Mike K. personally made sure I got the correct replacement tire — no upsell, no confusion, just exactly what I needed. Marvin handled the install with precision and speed, and he double-checked every detail like my safety was his own family’s.
The new tire job came out amazing. The car drives smooth, quiet, and I left feeling 100% confident on the road again.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at this Mavis location. I ended up here after having issues with another local shop that told me my car needed more than $4,000 worth of repairs.
Not only was the team at Mavis able to get me in for fast, same-day service, but they were also honest and transparent about what my vehicle actually needed. They explained that some of the repairs I had been quoted elsewhere were unnecessary, which immediately gave me confidence that they were looking out for my best interests rather than trying to upsell me.
They completed all of the necessary repairs in a single day and for about half of what I had been quoted by the other shop. It's incredibly difficult to find a mechanic who is both this honest and this efficient.
