  Save your time and sanity. Do not go to this enterprise location. Starting off, I received my rental car basically on E and had to drive to the gas station to get gas right when I got the car. (Gas is 4.30 a gallon right now so that hurt) Then 4 days later after driving the car for only 2/4 days the car is locked and I'm unable to open the car. I was trying to leave at 10am for an 11am appointment that is only 30 mins away. I took 20 mins trying to open the car door with no luck with the manual key (I thought only the key fob was dead) I called the warrendale location to have them tell me to call the roadside assistant number to then have the roadside assistant tell me that it would be 77 dollars for them to come out and they can't take the charge off so I would have to call the warrendale location to get them to help removed the charge. I finally get the car door open to realize the key fob isn't dead the whole CAR is dead. So I called back the warrendale location to have it ring for 6 mins to then hang up on me so I had to call again, they said they can waive the fee but they close at noon (it's 10:45 now) so they can't get me a new car. I said "can't I have my mom drop me off at that location and pick up a new car and they can pick up the dead car when they can?", he said "No we need to have the dead car before we can give you a new car" So I had to call roadside assistant to get them to tow the car so I could hopefully get a car before noon. (it's 10:50am now) they told me they can't get me a new car until the tow truck gets there which they need at least 2 hours to get the car. Annoyed I said fine how can I get a new car, they said that someone can take me to the international airport to get my car AFTER the tow truck gets the car. I said I'm not waiting 2 hours for the tow truck to then drive another 2 hours back and forth to the international airport. They said that's all they can do because they need to pick up the car before I can get a new car. (It's 11:50am by the time they are telling me this. I missed my appointment by 50 mins now) Then she said well we can set it for the cranberry location for tomorrow and I just said "fine" The tow truck didn't arrive until 3pm. It took over 5 hours to get this car returned to enterprise and I still currently do not have a car. So if I did chose the international airport I wouldn't have gotten a new car until 5pm when I was supposed to leave my house at 10am. How is that fair? I can't use the car that is dead in the driveway but I can't get a new car until they pick up the dead car in my driveway. So what was the point of renting a car? For the possibility of being able to use the car 🤗 So let's recap. I lost 5 hours of my day, 20 dollars for the gas left in the car, a 77 dollar charge on my account that I have to make sure they remove and I still do not have a car. Which btw the replacement car is not promised to be the same mid-size car. They only put the replacement to fit a driver with no bags. So catch me cruising down route 228 in a scooter I guess 🤷‍♀️ I'm a very patient person. I've worked a fair amount of service jobs so I understand your hands being tied. However, to be on phone calls for 2 hours without anyone offering an actually realistic solution to the problem made me the worse version of myself. I will never work with this location for my own sanity and mental health.

  Extremely disappointing experience with the Enterprise Warrendale branch. This is not the first time I have reserved a car, received a confirmed reservation, and then arrived only to be told the vehicle is not available. This has happened repeatedly. What is the purpose of accepting and confirming reservations if you cannot provide the cars when customers arrive? It wastes customers’ time and causes unnecessary inconvenience. I expected much better from a company like Enterprise. Unfortunately, after dealing with this more than once, I seriously regret choosing this location and would not recommend relying on a reservation here.

  I had a pick-up scheduled for noon. I got there a few minutes before and they were already closed. When I called their 1-800 number, they said they were gonna let corporate know and that I’d eventually hear back from them. Still waiting to hear from them and stuck without a car.
