  I can't say enough good things about Monroe Tire. While I was at Walmart, I discovered I had a leak in one of my tires. I called Monroe Tire, and the gentleman was able to get me in right away. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to find and repair the leak quickly. I was especially grateful because I don't live in the area and needed to drive back home the following morning. Their prompt service gave me great peace of mind. I also want to recognize the technician who repaired my tire. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but he had a reddish beard. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Monroe Tire to anyone looking for honest, professional, and efficient service. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

  I went in for an inspection and was initially pleased with the speediness, price, and thoroughness. However, two hours after I left I noticed that the inspector put the wrong month’s inspection sticker on the car. When I went back to have it corrected he was not only rude, but also refused to fix the error. I am currently working with Corporate Customer Service to have this corrected. If they correct it, I will gladly change this to five stars. If they do not, I will probably never return to Monro and would not recommend to others.

  I also got the state inspection. Dustin was very nice. He spoke to me nicely, not as an old lady. He tried to give me the best deal that he could, and explained everything. I have recommended them to friends.
