    I went in for an inspection and was initially pleased with the speediness, price, and thoroughness. However, two hours after I left I noticed that the inspector put the wrong month’s inspection sticker on the car. When I went back to have it corrected he was not only rude, but also refused to fix the error. I am currently working with Corporate Customer Service to have this corrected. If they correct it, I will gladly change this to five stars. If they do not, I will probably never return to Monro and would not recommend to others.

    I also got the state inspection. Dustin was very nice. He spoke to me nicely, not as an old lady. He tried to give me the best deal that he could, and explained everything. I have recommended them to friends.

    Both the manager and the employee I spoke with yesterday were great. They explained to me the actual problem with my car. Instead of leaving me stumped as to why I needed to replace more than just my one bad tire. They were quick to get it fixed and out of there within a timely fashion. The mechanic also did a small look over of my car to make sure everything else was working how it should. I would highly recommend going there and I will be going back there for any future problems I may have in the future.
