  Enterprise Admitted the Car Wasn't Properly Checked In Renters beware: take your own photos and video before leaving the Enterprise parking lot. This experience is exactly why. The vehicle I was originally supposed to receive was switched at the last minute. Enterprise did not conduct a walk-around or condition inspection with me before handing me the replacement vehicle. Fortunately, I took my own photos while the vehicle was still in their parking lot. Those photos show existing scratches, scuffs, and exterior damage. Yet my rental agreement stated “Vehicle Condition: No Damage Documented.” When I returned the vehicle, Enterprise identified damage to the very bottom of the front bumper and told me they were going to file a damage claim. I immediately disputed responsibility. Here is the part that bothers me most: After reviewing what happened, Enterprise apologized and told me that this vehicle had just been transferred to their location and had NOT been properly checked in before it was rented to me. Think about that. I was potentially going to be held financially responsible for damage to a vehicle that Enterprise subsequently acknowledged had not been properly checked in before they gave it to me. There was no joint inspection. Their paperwork said “No Damage Documented.” My own pickup photos showed pre-existing damage that wasn't documented. And Enterprise ultimately acknowledged that the transferred vehicle hadn't been properly checked in. After I challenged the claim and requested the documentation supporting it, Enterprise reviewed the situation, apologized, and confirmed that I was not responsible for the damage. I appreciate that they ultimately reached the correct conclusion, but this should never have gotten that far. A customer shouldn't have to defend themselves against a potential damage claim because a rental company failed to properly inspect and document a vehicle before renting it. The lesson for me is simple: do not rely solely on the rental company's condition report. Take detailed photos and video yourself before moving the vehicle—including the bumpers, lower trim, wheels, windshield, and areas close to the ground. I'm glad Enterprise ultimately dropped the matter and apologized. But considering they acknowledged the vehicle wasn't properly checked in to begin with, I believe this entire situation was preventable. ...the response to the post told me to go to a generic contact page with no instructions. Maybe as a company you should contact your local team and figure it out. Or tell me what you want me to do: call us, use this number, escalate it, etc. No, just go through our normal contact form.

  Highly recommend Warminster Enterprise. The rental went smoothly, staff was amazing esp. Matt and made the process simple. I loved the Range Rover!! Car was clean as well and maintained. Will definitely use again. Tina Colella

  First, I wanna say how disgusted I am with the practice of this business two months ago I planned to rent an Audi/BMW for the cost of $300 a day. I arrived on time waited there for somebody To acknowledge me for 15 minutes after I told him I had an appointment he asked for my reservation info. He looked it up and told me it was $300 per day for the car plus an additional 300 for full coverage even though I have full coverage on my private insurance plus An additional $50 for liability upon reserving plus an additional $400 holding fee for a security deposit. So $1000 basically without tax when I was told originally $300. Come to find out they didn’t even have an Audi or BMW On the property, they were trying to get me into a Nissan for the same cost. This is horrible business practice/borderline theft never again lost a step foot on that property
