    Taurien who runs the store provided excellent customer service from start to finish during my time in the store. He greeted me upon entry, helped me find the parts I needed for my vehicle, and even walked me to the parts of the store to help me find what I needed rather than making me find it on my own. He was super friendly at checkout and made me feel confident in my purchase with Advance Auto Parts. If I could, I would leave 10 stars because Taurien is everything that you hope an auto parts professional would be. I will certainly be coming back for all of my vehicles needs.

    I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tauri for the excellent customer service he provided during my visit to Advance Auto Parts. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what I needed, explained my options clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what was right for my situation. What really stood out was his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I understood everything. It’s not often you come across someone who is both knowledgeable and personable, and Tauri definitely made the experience smooth and stress-free. Employees like him make a big difference, and I truly appreciate the level of service he provided.

    Last night at about 7:45pm steam started billowing out of the hood of my car. I was less than a half mile from this Advance store so I wasn’t too worried. I was able to pull in and confirm it was my upper radiator hose. So I go in first to ask for what I need, my husband came in after looking over the car and searched the store for other items in the meantime. Immediately I am treated like a “girl in an auto parts store”. The almost toddler like response when I said I was here for a hose and then the year make model and upper rad hose was disheartening. We went back and forth with you sure it’s upper? Yep. It’s upper. Then again. Confirmations are good. Patronizing is not. Like I didn’t know what I was asking for. If we are going by looks alone and the rest of the interaction I could assume he didn’t know very much about cars. I work on cars. He doesn’t need to know that. I just need the part. Of course they didn’t have it and so he proceeds to tell me that there’s one at another store, and I told him that the hose blew and we couldn’t make it out of the parking lot, so he then tells me there’s another one at a store even further away. Thanks? I knew it was too late for them to drive one over even though it was less than 4 miles to the first store. He didn’t offer to call them to be sure it’s there (the inventory isn’t always right). My husband wasn’t too happy the way the conversation was going and came over. He didn’t interrupt but I thought maybe the clerk would be more helpful now. Nope. I asked him for another hose with the exact dimensions I needed that I would make work until I got on the road. He said there were no hoses in the entire store bigger than (he made a hand gesture) of less than an inch. You can’t tell me there are no other upper radiator hoses for other cars in stock. Even just hoses that I know are there because I have had to get miscellaneous hoses before. They also sell splicing kits and he didn’t even offer that as an option! He was too busy on his phone. Thankfully, I usually get better service at the Willow Grove location where the PepBoys was. Anyway, we cut the hose down and spliced it to get home and will attempt to buy a new hose elsewhere.
