I dropped my truck off Monday morning and Got it Wednesday. My yeti cooler is missing from My truck. I believe they stole it. I will never bring my vehicles here again.

They tried to order the part. I would call back each day for an update and they told me it would be another day. It has now been 10 days and they are now telling me that I have to locate that part. Isn’t that your job? I don’t know anything about cars. How the hell am I going to locate it?!?! Terrible service. Virtually no communication. I have doubts that I even needed the part to pass inspection. Feels more like a scam to get more money out of me. Been going there for 30 years. Unlikely to go back.
