Every single time I go here, which is once or twice a month for a rental for work, the team at the Verona Enterprise location always makes me feel appreciated. Picking up or dropping off, I truly feel like a valued customer. Not something you see every day. Thanks Enterprise Team!!

Very poor customer service. I tried using them twice but both times i had a terrible experience. First time they gave me a very dirty car, a client had used it but they didn't clean it up and were so ready to rent it out again. The customer service guy was just arguing with me, trying to deny that the car was dirty. Today, I reserved an SUV, went there and the customer service guy said they have a Sedan not an SUV. When i said, I reserved an SUV, he kept arguing that they don't have an SUV but only the Sedan, he was very unprofessional. I'm so disappointed with this Verona enterprise.

I recently had rented I car from the Verona location and I had some trouble with the car not driving that well. I believe the guys I dealt with was Shawn and Nate. They were fabulous. They did everything they could to help me. I greatly appreciate everything they did for me. I would highly recommend the Verona location!!
