  Out of all the years I've been renting i never encountered such a disrespectful enterprise worker . Me and my wife were thier to pickup rental vehicle that was paid for on-line before pickup along with check in so we were already for quick pick but the young man work in the Verona location felt the need to question us like we were not eligible to have the vehicle. One of His question was do either one of you have a job. Yes we are African American and we both looked at each other after the question in shock. Now we are both over 65 .Also I explained to the young man that I was a Enterprise member and you could look up my account with Enterprise, he then stated he could not find (any)records of past rental history. All this is a waste of our time and disrespectful. Because it was paid in full along with pre check in before going to Verona location. So my suggestion is train respect and keep your ignorance in your circle. Very worst experience ive ever had at Enterprise anywhere i have rented and (will not be going back. 👎🏾) workers destroy business from their personal opinion and that needs to stay home and maybe you two.

  Everything went well. Nate was so helpful. This is a really nice enterprise location. And they picked me up from home and let me leave the rental at the car repair shop I was using when I was done with it.

  Can’t say enough good about this location. I had to have a rental for work for about six months. It’s not always easy dealing with the lease company and honestly us as well. We’re mobile everyday. I got a lot of mixed communication on my side that caused some annoyances im sure. John and the rest of the team never let that get in the way. They treated me with so much dignity, respect, and professionalism. Thank you all for your patience with me and the process. I’ll refer people to this location as long as it’s open.

  Booked an SUV more than a week ago & they could not accommodate. Been using this location for awhile now & they could never deliver good service. Will not be using them again.

  All I have to say about this enterprise located in Verona PA very professional very friendly. I’ve been a service for them for over nine months now and I’ve had astronomical phenomenal experience. The guys Go above and beyond for their customers🙏
