- RLRondabay LigginsJun 24, 20265.0The process of renting a car through the Upper Darby Enterprise location was easy . Customer service was great. The whole process from walking in, to driving away was quick and they had decent cars to choose from. I will rent with them again!
- MKM KJun 9, 20265.0I have rented from this Enterprise location multiple times. Sydney has always helped me and she is very kind and has always provided top-tier customer service! My only complaint is that this location does not offer after-hours vehicle returns, so on weekends, I cannot rent from here and return the car Saturday afternoon-evening, or on Sunday (I’d have to make a reservation until Monday). Because of this, I usually make weekend reservations at other rental locations. Hopefully, they’ll change this!

I contacted Enterprise Rental and the process was very fast and the staff were professional, I was in and out with no problems, I will definitely choose Enterprise again for my transportation needs when necessary, I suggest everyone to try them out for exceptional service, thanks again Enterprise.

I even sent a detailed email regarding my concerns & never received any follow up after being harassed. Fast forward to 2025, I returned after seeing it was under new management. Yet again disappointed! It’s like they don’t care for quality customer service! The car wasn’t clean! When I returned I needed a ride home and was not accommodated! Will not be returning!
