  Save your money and rent elsewhere. Definitely too much money up front just to rent a car. $400 just to have on hold is crazy. The communication is horrible and management plays games when trying to get in contact with them. This was a last minute resort and it was definitely a stressful one.

  I have been renting form Enterprise for many years. I don't think of all those years, I have been disappointed. The service has been great, they have worked with me, finding solutions when possible.

  I am extremely disappointed by this situation. I rented the vehicle from Philadelphia and, due to unexpected circumstances, I had no choice but to return it in Virginia. When I contacted your team, your representative [Employee Name] informed me that I would be charged $350 just to change the return location. I find this charge completely unreasonable. The distance is only about 190 miles, and the round-trip E-ZPass tolls are approximately $40. Charging $350 for changing the return location feels excessive and unfair, especially considering the actual distance involved. I have always expected fair and transparent pricing from your company, but this fee does not reflect that. I am asking that this charge be reviewed immediately and either significantly reduced or waived. If this is not resolved fairly, I will have to reconsider using your company in the future and will be forced to share my experience. I expect a prompt response and a fair resolution.
