- SSScoobyDigits3 days ago5.0I had no issues with the last two rentals but credit to Tina who is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I am sad to see she will be leaving this location for another but overall my vehicle was ready for pickup had a full tank of go go juice and I was never given an attitude. Shout out to Tina and best wishes at your next location.

- PLPatricia LeonardAug 20, 20261.0I reserved a vehicle on 8/17 for pickup at the Havertown Enterprise office on 8/19. When I made the reservation, the customer service representative confirmed that a sedan would be available and fully covered by my insurance. When I arrived, however, there was no vehicle available. I was then told I could go to the Upper Darby location, but it would cost me additional money. The front-desk customer service representative at the Havertown office did his best to be helpful, and I appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, the office manager never came out to address the situation or assist with resolving the problem. As someone in management myself, I strongly believe that when there is a serious customer service issue, it is the manager's responsibility to step in and help resolve it—not leave the employee alone to handle an unhappy customer while remaining in the back. Thankfully, I called the Springfield Enterprise location at the last minute. They were extremely helpful and had me in a fully covered vehicle within 15 minutes of my arrival. The difference in customer service and management between the two locations was significant. The Havertown manager could learn a lot from the professionalism, customer service, and leadership demonstrated by the Springfield office.
