    Latasha, the manager, was so helpful and informative. She presented all my options concisely even while battling severe neck pain. She made sure I understood the warranties on my purchases while running the floor like sergeant in the marine core. 10/10 experience and I will be back for her knowledge alone!

    During my visit to the store, I ended up getting into a verbal altercation with a rude, masculine woman who obviously hates that she didn’t stay in school and has to work at AutoZone. I first observed her rudely reprimanding a coworker about his performance in front of customers. Long story short, she has bad energy and a nasty attitude and does not need to be interacting with any customers whatsoever. She literally called me ugly, which I am not, and she called me fat (true). Me and my granddaughter was going to drag her, but unlike her I have too much to lose. Most unprofessional conduct I’ve seen from someone representing your brand.

    They should get rid of this position or find staff who actually enjoy working and helping customers. I went twice, and both times they yelled at me and spoke to me rudely. I've never been to such a terrible place. The woman who works there is completely unsuitable for the job. I'd rather deal with the people outside doing odd jobs than this rude staff. 🤬 They should find people who actually like their job and position.
