Called, repeat long holds, hung up on, called corporate, another 40 mins on phone, told 1 item wasn’t in stock, … I said I needed other items - was told ok, go in, it’ll be ready. Here, standing at the counter for 20 mins while slowest ppl I have ever witnessed kind of stroll around. Thought I’d save some time doing order pick up, but cumulatively, it’s taken hours. What a headache

And this was after the online inventory didn't match what was in stock after I had ordered and was already on my way to pick it up. It was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes, but I had to call an hour and a half later after not receiving an update to ask them to pull the order so it would be ready when I arrived. If they update the inventory or pull orders in a timely manner, this could have been avoided. I could have dealt with that if not for the horrible person I had to deal with at check out. I ended up leaving without a replacement option because I couldn't deal with him. Do not visit this location.

I was sold the wrong parts, I even gave the VIN number, I went back to either get a refund or exchange and was told I couldn’t get my money back but I could exchange, they didn’t have the parts, but another location had the parts. I just went to Autozone and got what I needed!!!! Later I returned to Advanced Auto to exchange for store credit, the employee said that it couldn’t be done on the items because they were about to close and it takes a while to do that on spark plugs!!!! BUT HE’S THE ONE THAT SOLD ME THE PARTS!!!!I had to raise my voice and get out of order for him to respect the fact that HE SOLD ME THE WRONG PARTS and that I deserved store credit of some sort!!! This guy doesn’t need to be employed there because he sold me the wrong parts, then didn’t want to clean up his mistake! It was very overwhelming!! Oh and he made such a big deal about being about to close, but let another customer come in to purchase after the store was supposed to be closed!!!!
