This is my first time using Valvoline Instant Oil Change and I was very impressed with my experience. I was greeted with smiles while being asked if I am a returning customer. They kept me informed as they were doing their checks and oil changes. They showed me my filter showing me it was still good. After the oil was in, they showed me the dip stick. When we left everyone in the shop said bye and to have a good weekend. Overall very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.

Customer service was great. The manager was awesome. She was helpful and even made me aware of my vehicle's recall notice. I don't remember her name , but she is at the Tunkhannock location.
