  Another great experience with service at Faulkner. Called on Saturday and they were able to schedule my car for Wednesday and provide a loaner car. Work was completed to solve the issue that day. Thanks to Jeff, Chris and Mark

  Not the "luxury" experience you are sold. We purchased a Volvo XC90 in October that has been a headache since we bought it. The sales manager was unhelpful and insulting when I requested further info about the car we purchased less than a year ago. The service department was not great with listening to concerns. Our car ended up being in an entire day longer than it needed to be. They sell you on saying there will be loaner cars for you to use while your car is in for service but that's only the case if you complain which is not fun. The collision center experience when we had to have a bumper repaired was lackluster. The overall attitude of the employees is negative and there is a true lack of motivation or care for the customer. The service/sales departments could have had an opportunity to retain our business had they worked together and provided a better customer centered service. Skip Faulker unless you enjoy getting the run around.
