This was my first time buying a car from this dealership, and Marc made the experience so easy. He was helpful, patient, and great to work with throughout the process. We had such a good experience that just a week later, we were back purchasing a vehicle for my parents! That really says a lot about the service we received. Thank you, Marc, for making both experiences a great one. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Volvo!

Smoothest, fastest, and chillest car lease that I’ve ever had. Andrew M reached out to me via text. We negotiated the deal which was to my liking and I picked up the car two days later. Scott, the finance guy, was easy to work with. Don’t hesitate to buy/lease your next Volvo with Faulkner! They are excellent!

Five-star service from start to finish! I recently purchased a brand new, fully electric Volvo EX90, but unfortunately ran into a repeated SRS/Airbag light issue. After a terrible experience with a dealership in Brooklyn, NY, where they just cleared the code without fixing the problem, I decided to take my vehicle to Faulkner Volvo in Pennsylvania. It was the best decision I could have made. The level of professionalism here is unmatched. Unlike the NY dealer, the team at Faulkner didn’t just guess—they immediately provided me with a brand new loaner vehicle and treated me with the utmost respect. What amazed me most was their communication: they kept me updated on every single step of the process. They even requested to do an overnight quality control test-drive to ensure the new software patch was 100% stable for my family's safety. These people truly love and value their work, and Volvo Cars as a corporation should be incredibly proud to have such an outstanding, dedicated team representing their brand. If you are tired of dishonest, rushed, and unprofessional dealerships that don't value your time or safety, do yourself a favor and bring your business to Faulkner Volvo. They are honest, extremely polite, and treat you like family. I am absolutely thrilled with their service and highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you for fixing my EX90 perfectly! Mark and Jeff Thank you!!! (Nodirjon and Lola)
