  We called customer service about an issue. The representative was in an extreme hurry thus, she was short, rude, unaccommadating and refused to listen and ended up dispatching a toe vehicle when we had the vehicle loaded up and prepared to depart on a 350 mile vacation commute. We ended up resolving the issue with no help from enterprise and now to top it off my wife received an email stating that we were suddenly responsibly for an Un explained incident and subsequent unspecified damages on 7/7 which we were 350 miles away from dispatch and there was absolutely no incident whatsoever. What kind of company are you pretending to run here?
