  Oddly we had to go to two locations bc the car we ordered was not on site. We were told it was just two people working so we have to go and get it. Also, the Ezpass looked as if it was included in the car but it was empty and no one mentioned it to us. We found out two tolls later when we saw a way to swing the box open. The return was the simple thing and the car was in good shape, but looked like a dog was in it and they didn’t vacuum all of the hair out when we got it. We got to and from safely but I thought it was a so-so experience getting the car. Perhaps if it was given to us where we ordered it and did the contract they would have discussed the EZpass ?

  This is for the Bensalem location… My girlfriend and I rented a car from this location last month using her driver’s license and my debit card with absolutely no issues. They told us they would keep it on file. However, when we went back to rent again for a weekend trip, a different representative refused us, claiming the policy had changed and the names must match. If that is the strict rule, why does the Enterprise website explicitly allow you to successfully complete a reservation using a debit card with a different driver's name? Enterprise needs to update their website so it doesn't allow people to make reservations they won't actually honor at the counter. Frustrating experience and a waste of time.

  I highly recommend Alan Kuzmenko at the Enterprise location in Trevose. I've rented from this location twice, and both experiences were excellent thanks to Alan's outstanding customer service. He was always available to answer my questions, made the rental process smooth and painless, and was professional and friendly throughout. Which was needed, since the second time I had to use these services my car was stolen and I was not in the best state of mind. When I needed to extend my rental, Alan was understanding and made the process simple and stress-free. It's rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with. Because of the great service I've received, I will definitely continue using this location in the future and have kept Alan's business card for any future rental needs. Thank you, Alan, for consistently providing such a positive customer experience!
