    Great staff. Work with you to fix issues. They need to have the home company get them the tools they need and to get what they have fixed. They don’t have scan tools for the newest vehicles. This should be fixed as they are. Good mechanics but need the correct tools to do the work on all cars

    Not very professional, cursing in the shop. Quoted a price over the phone, once I got there all the extra charges put the tires alot higher.

    Inspection rejected due to tire ware. Charged$26.50 PASP inspection officer said nothing wrong with tires. It seems, there is a conflict of interest on your inspection employees.

    Today we were charged $180.00 for a routine oil change. We called the complaint department and was assured that something would be done. Don't go there. They are ripping you off big time today.

    took my car by myself and they told me that it was not going to pass inspection because of the breaks and tires. fixed the breaks and another place told me the tires were just fine they tried to sell me 4 new tires because my car is all wheel drive and “it would ruin the car if I just got one new tire”
