I’m hesitant to give Five Stars, but I’m compelled to share my experience. I visited the shop to have my vehicle’s brakes replaced. While the brakes were successfully installed, they neglected to reinstall the brake covers on my calipers. I noticed that the covers were missing from my vehicle. I informed the supervisor and began taking my vehicle back to the shop.
To make matters worse, it took them over 30 minutes to even start working on the problem. They were walking back and forth, seemingly unsure of what to do next.
As if that wasn’t enough, they brought in another vehicle to park beside mine, preventing me from seeing where they had returned the brake covers from.
I’m left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I received. Now with that being said my brakes service is good. In the future what ever they off make sure you return them back on the vehicle.

Walked out of the office on a Thursday to a flat tire. Mavis employees were courteous, understanding, and respectful! Was in and out in under two hours even though they were extremely busy. The gentleman at the front desk deserves a raise!

I came in late around 7:00 on a weekday bummed about a flat tire. Not only was the staff so responsive but they patched my tire in about 10 mins and I was in and out the door. They were extremely kind and courtious. I will definitely be going back if I ever need any more work done! Thank you!

This location did a good job getting my service done before EOD even though they were very busy and I did not make an appointment ahead of time. They gave me a fair price and kept good communication with me throughout the process. The manager Dave was very kind and you can tell he cares about his customers. I would come back to this location again in the future.
