I had a tire with a nail in it. I stopped into Mavis to see if the tire could be repaired. I was immediately greeted and within 5 minutes my tire was fixed. I received EXCELLENT service. I will definitely return. 5 stars is not enough.

we brought our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe in to put our new tires on and get an alignment. We booked their first appointment for 8 o’clock 4 1/2 hours later. It was still not done. They were having obvious problems with the alignment and when I looked at the car myself, I could see how badly the front right tire was out from top to bottom. They insisted that there was something bent underneath and they couldn’t bring the car into spec. They said they took it for a test ride and it’s pulling to the right when we brought the car in for the alignment, it was not pulling to the right !! well when we left there you couldn’t remove your hand from the wheel or you would have an instant accident to the right we immediately took it to a Hyundai dealership and they said that all the bolts underneath were loosened that the alignment was so out of whack that they couldn’t believe what they were seeing beware of their current technician who handles alignments we will not return to this Mavis store in Thorndale PA.

Dropped my vehicle off for service at 6:30 am I discussed what is needed on Tuesday what I needed and what time I would need to have my vehicle ready so I could go to work. Called at 2:00 in the afternoon to hear that they took walk ins and left the appointment sit not good service supervisor needs better training. Was highly disappointed with your service

$152.09 for an oil change and tire rotation that took over 2 hours with an appointment made ahead of time
The attendant said that they’d never worked on my type of car before and it was like working on the “starship enterprise”… it’s a 14 year old Audi Q5, which isn’t an uncommon car. They said they had to get a special tool to change the oil, which is why it took so long.
So now I’m worried they messed up the oil change, but I’m 99% sure they’re just jerking me around so that they can overcharge me for labor and explain the 2 hours it took. I had out of state plates so I’m guessing they figured they could get away with it. Beware.
EDITING THIS because all the oil drained out of my car after this oil change. My mechanic said they replaced a washer that didn’t need to be replaced and used their own washer that didn’t fit, which caused all the oil to spurt and drain all over my engine

I was here for state inspection and oil change. Had a great experience initially . Reasonable wait time . Front desk rep were very friendly and patient They were helpful. But once got the bill I was disappointed with the oil change price which they charged me.
PLEASE PLEASE CHECK the price specially for oil change with this location before you come and remember the name whom you talk over the phone. I faced some disagreement as the quote they are giving(with the make and model of your car) and the price this store charges its way too much. I am able to get a refund but I needed to prove to call other location infront of their manager to show that I am not lying. Other store is following the same quote as it’s told by the call center. I am disappointed with this issue. But glad that they issued refund. I have learnt some lessons today.
