  I had an outstanding experience yesterday at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Tannersville. From the moment I arrived, Izzy greeted me with an incredibly positive attitude and made me feel very welcome, even though it was pouring rain outside & humid. She kept me informed every step of the way, recommended a few services and why they were needed and Informed me that other services they offered were not needed. By taking the time to explain my options without any pressure makes her a tremendous asset. Her professionalism, friendliness, and upbeat personality made the entire experience enjoyable. I’d also like to recognize Chris and Jenny, who worked together as a great team to service my 2014 Mazda CX-5. They were efficient, thorough, and professional, and it was clear they took pride in doing the job right. The entire team provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to see employees who genuinely care about their customers and work so well together. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend this Valvoline location. Thank you, Izzy, Chris, and Jenny, for a five-star experience! The work I had them do: * Full synthetic oil change * Rear differential fluid service * Transfer case fluid service * Engine air filter * Driver and passenger wiper blades * Drain plug gasket replacement

  I appreciate the fact that they understood that I was only getting an oil change. My air conditioner is is blowing warm air. I explained that I would be letting that go. They offered services without being pushy. I very much appreciate that. I also appreciate the honesty of the individual that I directly dealt with.

  All of the service people, especially Pat ,were very professional and cordial and made the experience seamless and 100% pleasant.

  This place was awesome! In and out in 15 minutes. Staff were all friendly and professional! First time there and ever5explained going through the process. Did not do anything without permission. Never even had to get out of my car and got a coupon for a free car wash! So efficient, like a military operation. Definitely going back!
