  I highly recommend this repair shop. My windshield was originally scheduled to be repaired at home, however, during the repair it began to crack. The on-site repairman had to schedule the vehicle to go into the shop. That made me nervous as I requested OEM windshield only. I’ve also read on Hummer EV social websites that the windshields should only be replaced by the car dealership. But I did read other reviews regarding this shop and they were all positive. I took the chance and immediately asked upon my arrival if the windshield was OEM. I was told it yes. The windshield was OEM and installed professionally. I discovered an issue after leaving, the front crash warning and lane assistance wasn’t working. I called the car dealership, explained the issue and once I informed them the windshield was change they know it was the rear view mirror calibration. I called Safelite, they provided me with an appointment to bring the Hummer back in. They were so kind, considerate and listened to the concern I was conveying. The rear view mirror needed to be calibrated which was done and everything is back to normal. The individuals at the Bartonsville repair shop define professionalism.

  My first experience was terrible (Second was much better) I waited in the lobby for 7 hrs, because I accidentally selected drop-off and they were booked with a lot of customers. Then when my windshield was finally replaced but they couldn't recalibrate my safety features. So I had to return the next week to get the windshield replaced again and this time was like a complete diffrent experience Rasheed replaced my windshield and successfully recalibrated my car. Rasheed was very quick had everything finished in less then an hour.

  Had an appointment for the windshield on a 2016 Mercedes E400 cabriolet (convertible). First safelite sent a message saying they had to go to the dealership to get OEM windshield because their vendors didn’t offer a windshield. Get the price and it’s $1811.38 which is fine. I needed a windshield. Wife took car to the appointment and the employee walked outside saw it was a convertible and told my wife they couldn’t replace the windshield because it is requiring more work than they were able to do. Supposedly half the interior trim around the windshield had to be removed. If you have a European convertible make sure you let them know so you don’t waste 3 days waiting for the appointment and then have to wait longer for another shop to schedule you in

  The Stroudsburg, PA staff and techs were awesome! They are professional and do quality work. To no fault of theirs, my booking and rescheduling experience was horrible. If only Safelite corporation didn't use AI, my overall experience would have been better. All in all, I do recommend.

  Never wasting my time with Safelite again Wasted three weeks of my life, 2 almost 3 reschedules and time in the shop for nothing and eventually when they couldn’t do anything for me, they never reached back out, telling me they couldn’t help me and I would need to find help elsewhere, which is fine I would understand that BUT they just left me in the dark no call, no text, no email, no nothing I ended up calling HQ Safelite and they told me that there’s nothing they can do which would’ve been nice to know days if not weeks ahead of time Go get your windows repaired at a local place. Don’t waste your time with Safelite.
