  My daughter just purchased her first car after completing her education and starting her professional career. She decided on a Volvo C40 Recharge from Ray Price Volvo. We drove 3 hours from Medfjord and were highly impressed with our experience purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo. The car was priced fairly, clean, and in perfect mechanical condition. From our initial contact, following through all aspects of the process, everything progressed smoothly. The set up of the financing was prompt, personable, and professional. Corey Willemet did a great job delivering the vehicle, ensuring we were fully comfortable with how to operate all the equipment in the car, from setting up Bluetooth on the phone, to making sure we were familiar and comfortable with all the features on the car. He was thorough, kind, and diligent, making Corey a great asset to the Volvo organization. We recommend Ray Price to anyone. They are a great group who is there to help with the entire process. Each person we worked with not only takes the time to listen and answer questions, but they negotiate a fair deal that did not include unwanted add-ons. We had an excellent experience working with Corey, who was incredibly attentive from the moment my daughter and I walked in.   Called to make sure the Volvo model I wanted to test drive would be there. It was at the dealership so I made an appointment. Showed up on time and there wasn’t a soul in the show room. Called their central number and they would have someone soon. A Mazda salesman walked in and could not help. Completely wasted my time.

  Within the past six months, we purchased two pre-owned vehicles from this dealership. In both cases, the sales sheet listed a price higher than what was advertised online or displayed on the vehicle itself. I’ll acknowledge this may have been a coincidence and not standard practice—but it happened twice, so it’s something buyers should pay close attention to. One of the vehicles we purchased was a certified pre-owned Volvo that supposedly passed a 170+ point inspection. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that level of quality. The windshield was severely scratched and required full replacement (initially dismissed as “just dirt”), the front passenger seatbelt sensor was not functioning properly, the backup sensors were faulty and later required a system reset, and even the windshield washer fluid was empty at delivery. When I raised concerns with the dealership and questioned the validity of the inspection, I did not receive a satisfactory response and have escalated the issue to Volvo’s corporate office. While the service desk staff has been friendly and accommodating, the overall experience—particularly around pricing transparency and vehicle inspection standards—has been disappointing.

  If you ever need help purchasing a car Ed (Edward OConnell) is the sweetest, kindest, and honest car salesman!! 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He is very transparent with pricing. He helps you with what you’re looking for and budget. I just purchased my Hyundai Kona from him today and it was the greatest experience I’ve had. Traveling all the way from NJ with my sister, with his kindness it went a long way. Joe was also so helpful and transparent with my finances. Making everything so seamless and easy to seal the deal.
