He made sure my vehicle needs were handled quickly and efficiently, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, and Chris definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for Chris if you visit Mavis Tire!”

  I went there because I wanted to replace my tire, and the guy working there provided me with an Amazing Service, guys are really helpful, friendly, and welcome, I appreciate this place and I would recommend it to everyone!!

  Such a great experience. I made an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change. However, I've had no issues with my Hyundai Elantra for seven years and I knew that time was about to come to an end. So when Chris H. told I had failed inspection and needed new brakes, I wasn't surprised. Due to the sudden change of events, what I thought would take an hour blossomed into four. I had to use my phone for work because Chris H. and I could not determine why my computer could not get on the network. The establishment is clean, including the bathrooms, and the crew really works smart. They don't waste time and they almost have a Zen-like approach to what they must do. I have been in customer service for decades, and Chris H. must be one of the best people I've seen working with the public. He's kind, professional, maintains eye contact, is an active listener. If Chris H. cannot answer a customer's question or needs clarification, he asks a teammate. Even on the phone he maintains an even tone and treats the person as if they are standing right in front of him. I have now doubt his calm demeanor alone puts customers at ease if they must pay more for service or must have unexpected work to complete. Chris H. is an exceptional ambassador to not only this location but to Mavis in general. My thanks to Chris H. and his teammates for taking care of my car. I greatly appreciate their work and professionalism — and for keeping me safe on the road.

  We had a tire going flat while we were on the Highway, we had our dogs with us. We googled mavis and called we were helped by Chris and Robert, they saved the day and came in at a lowee price then they originally quoted. They even let us bring our digs inside out of the rain. This will be our go to tire and service station forever. Good people good service.

  Absolute garbage experience. Had my car towed there because I needed a thermostat. Didn't even get a call back the next day. I had to call them. They told me they"let my car idle for an hour" and then "drove it around the block" and couldn't replicate the overheating. Since when do you need the card overheat to replace what I'm telling you is wrong? Second of all, my rear seat was flipped up. What are you doing in my backseat? Third of all, my dash cam was on the ground like it had been ripped off of my window because when I tried to stick it back on there, the lock mechanism that holds it to the glass no longer works. And surprise surprise, 20 minutes after picking it up and driving it home, the car overheated again. They also unplug my battery at some point because my clock was reset so despite them saying they didn't do anything, they clearly did something. Absolute trash from top to bottom. You owe me a new dash cam. Editing to add that they left my air box completely off. I was wondering why it was so loud on the way home and I open my hood the check and sure enough they left it off. Clown show. Find a new career.
