  They took me in first thing Monday morning and got right to work oil change safety check and brand new wipers no complaints this shop is great. Manager was very helpful.

  Marc, the Store Manager was able to help me out with my Tesla Model 3. I was able to get brand new tires promptly along with a discount. I really appreciate the service and kindness. The car is back and running on the road.

  Came in for an oil change and had one of the most smoothest and easiest experiences ever doing so, the manager Marc was very resourceful and knowledgeable and laid any worries i would have had to rest, great service and great atmosphere

  Took my car in for inspection & oil change on 7/29. Get a call that it failed and needed upper rear arms replaced. I ask how much knowing I need the work done. Chris starts off with a price of $1193 including inspection & oil change. I ask for them to complete oil change and I will go elsewhere as the price was way to high. I get a callback in 5 minutes and he starts negotiating on the price....goes down to $993 i say no, then it goes to $793 which was closer to the price I shopped at another place plus the oil change & inspection. WHY?? Just give the price and this just makes you look shady. A day goes by and I get a call from Chris that the parts didn't fit and his manager Mark ordered the correct parts and they would be there in a couple days. I could come pick my car up and they would need a $100 deposit, fine no problem. Get there and put down deposit and the manager Mark tells me that the balance due after the deposit would be $848.... I said how is that when the price quoted was $793 minus the $100 deposit....he says there was added cost for shipping the new parts. Take my car back over and drop off a couple days later as the parts were coming the next day. Next day Get a call from Mark the manager and he ask if I want the good news or bad news?? I say what's the issue he says the parts didn't fit again but the good news is he ordered the correct parts, had them measure them to make sure they were correct we are all good. I tell him I'm not paying more shipping cost for these parts and he says yeah ok they will be here Wednesday and we will get right on it. It's now Friday afternoon around 2pm and I call Mavis to see the status of my car, guy says I have it on the lift and it will be done today. I tell him I am working and will pick it up Saturday afternoon after work...OK no problem see you tomorrow. Saturday morning I get a voicemail from the manager Mark....he states that "the parts didn't fit and they can't fix the problem that the car is a unicorn" it's a Hyundai Sante fe!!! My wife calls a Hyndai dealer after hearing about our little unicorn, and speaks to service manager. He ask for the vin # and pulls up the parts and has 1 in stock and will need to order the other....he laughed when she told him the unicorn comment. So here we are late Saturday get home from work and go to pick up my non-inspected car. Mind you today is 8/15 seventeen days after this adventure began. I walk into the lobby and manager Mark is there waiting on a couple customers so I wait my turn as he handles one customer and is about to finish up with the 2nd and says "can I help you sir" I said I'm here to pickup my car the Hyundai...he hands me the key fob and doesn't say 1 word to me....turns and walks away. I walk out to my car and see if my registration and insurance car are there...nope back in to manager Mark...do you have my paperwork? Hands me my information cards without a word turns away....Great Customer interaction skills manager Mark!!! Been going to this store for 15 years for both our cars. Since mavis took over it is a joke. Never accept the opening bid here as they are clearly overcharging and negotiating it down to where it should be...confirmed my manager Mark in my conversation with him after I picked my car up the 1st time. Safe to say I will not be returning. But hopefully people will see this and not overpay at this business, and manager Mark, I've been in customer service for 40 years...let me know if you want some help on how to deal with people

  Been at this store multiple times to get tires and rims put on my vehicles.Went there last month to get 2 tires installed and was charged $24 per tire mechanic did a great job on my truck. I returned 2 or 3 weeks later to get other 2 tires installed this time another guy was at counter and said installation for 2 tires is $105. Explained to him how much I was previously charged and he said they charged me wrong. Been bringing business to this shop a few times and for them to change up on me like that is very disappointing. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this shop again.Mechanics do great work here it’s just some guys at front desk that need to be taught how to treat their steady customers.
