This is my 3 time renting in this location with a confirmed reservation a get there and I was told sorry we don’t have any cars available. Three times in a row. All they could say we are sorry. I have a business for 43 years and I would never do something like that to a customer. I will do anything to make him happy. Very unhappy with this location on 611 I will never call them again in my life.

The prices are always right and they treat their customers with the upmost respect. I will say anyone that’s looking for a rental so that rental place I love those guys over there. They are amazing.

Options to swap out cars with multiple locations (as far as Newark, N) were not available. Very limited inventory. update (Aug 24th) - Still waiting on promised credit. A lot of run around from corporate customer service and billing, who blame the branch and then do not provide solutions or organize help to rectify the situation. Workers at the branch really try, but seems that managers are needed and they seem really swamped.
