- SSSamanthaJun 27, 20261.0Booked a car online two months ago. Was told yesterday their policy didn't allow 6+ passenger vehicles on one way trips. I was scheduled to pick the car up tomorrow. Said they could not rebook me for two cars. Corporate customer service kept claiming they would help me and didn't. Corporate reservations team also told me there were no cars from Allentown to Wilkes-Barre to pick up. I called them several times over a few hours and no one helped me or called me back. The corporate helpline was useless. I asked them to file a complaint with the location for failure to provide services for a rental location. Both location workers told me to try somewhere else. I'm not sure what's wrong with the communication between location and corporate or why the website is so faulty. I am now out an extra several hundred dollars in alternative transport.

I dont remember the mans name i dealt with that dropped off the car for me but he was great. gave a good walk through of everything i need to know about the car before he leaves and great energy. Very respectful and commutative. will rent again if i need to.
- RORyan OsswaldJun 13, 20261.0Everyone here plays dumb. The guy at the desk asked me I wanted to prepay for gas- I said yes and they told me to drop it off with 1/4 tank or less. I dropped it off 5/8ths full and then the same guy called and left me message asking if "if that was true" as if I had done something wrong and then charged me a $30 penalty for not dropping it off full. Then emailed me to ask how my rental went. I relayed all this info and no response.
