- AAAbbyMay 13, 20261.0Dishonest. Lied to me on my safety inspection saying I had multiple missing CV boots and needed all of them replaced. When I got under there and looked at it all my CV boots were still present and only one even had a slight crack. They quoted me over $3k to fix an imaginary problem. They also missed my real safety issue which was badly worn ball joints and suspension bushings.

I was only notified the day before my appointment that the tires were not in stock. This should have been communicated much earlier. If inventory wasn’t confirmed, I should not have been allowed to book or wait this long. I’m planning a road trip soon, so this last-minute notice completely disrupted my plans and added unnecessary stress. The lack of communication and planning wasted my time. I expected better from a business like Monro, Inc.. I hope they improve their inventory tracking and notify customers earlier in the future.
- BDB DocApr 28, 20265.0Went in on Saturday about 20 minutes before they closed to see if I could get anappt for Sunday to replace a tire that had a nail in the sidewall. The girl behind counter was super nice. Asked me questions about tire to see if they had it available then once they found out had tire they were able to set up appt at 2pm on Sunday. I went Sunday at 10 to drop off csr and theycwrre done by 12 so way above my expectations
