- SASami Ahmed3 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience with this branch. I picked up the rental car on August 10. The way the branch manager, Alexis Keyes, handled my rental was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially regarding my existing rental contract. Customer support tried to help, but the branch manager refused to cooperate and made the situation unnecessarily stressful. After this situation, I contacted customer service to report my concerns, but they never contacted me back or followed up regarding the issue. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this branch. Update: the below recommendation was already done more than a week ago with no solution from enterprice.
- SEShannon EmilyAug 10, 20261.0We booked a reservation for a sedan, arrived for pick up and we were told that the only vehicle available was a mini van. They forced us to pay the difference for the vehicle because it’s an “upgrade”. A phone call from an associate before giving our vehicle away would have been common courtesy to say the very least after traveling over 4 hours to pick up this vehicle. So now we are forced to spend the rest of our trip in a vehicle that is not comfortable to us, definitely needs the ball joints replaced and will cost twice as much on fuel. What’s the point of the reservation ? I would understand a slim selection if we were walk ins.. overall very poor customer service, save yourself the headache and pick a different company.

And when picking up the car the rep was super! Dropping off in PHL, the same. I guess you are doing something right as a company, hiring friendly people.
