  Great experience with the team at this location, especially Michelle. We had a issue with our rental during a trip, and there was some miscommunication with Enterprise Roadside Assistance that caused us a lot of inconvenience. When we returned the car, Michelle was very understanding and supportive. She listened to what happened, helped us with adjustment, and even offered to contact Roadside Assistance on our behalf to see if anything further could be done. Just a note for other renters: Roadside Assistance and the local Enterprise branch are separate, so an issue with Roadside Assistance does not necessarily reflect the service at the branch itself. In our case, the State College branch handled everything they could very professionally. Thank you Michelle and the team — we really appreciated the help!

  Our experience with Enterprise has always been very positive. Michelle and the team at Blue Course are always very courteous and helpful during our rental experience. The vehicle was very nice. The rental process was extremely simple and convenient.

  Terrible service, do not recommend. Learned from their app that there are many available cars, ordered one, arrived there, and was told that we need to wait for one hour and our car MIGHT be ready. One employee told us that there are other available cars but we need to pay more to get one. When we asked for price match with the previously ordered one and explained that this was because their misinfo on the website the employee get irritated and refuse to do any business with us anymore. They even said they don’t ever communicate with website people and that’s the way they do business. Talked to the supervisor and she said totally different thing—that they don’t have any available cars, and even asked why their employee’s bad attitude matters for us. Later they apparently have other cars for other consumers. Don’t rent car there if you cannot bear with the arrogant attitude of the staff there
