  Terrible service, do not recommend. Learned from their app that there are many available cars, ordered one, arrived there, and was told that we need to wait for one hour and our car MIGHT be ready. One employee told us that there are other available cars but we need to pay more to get one. When we asked for price match with the previously ordered one and explained that this was because their misinfo on the website the employee get irritated and refuse to do any business with us anymore. They even said they don’t ever communicate with website people and that’s the way they do business. Talked to the supervisor and she said totally different thing—that they don’t have any available cars, and even asked why their employee’s bad attitude matters for us. Later they apparently have other cars for other consumers. Don’t rent car there if you cannot bear with the arrogant attitude of the staff there

  Two experiences with this Enterprise location. Overall very satisfied. The first time, insurance was covering a rental while my vehicle was repaired. Enterprise had a limited selection available and gave me an upgrade, for free, for the duration of my rental (6ish weeks). Second encounter — we had an issue with cleanliness of the vehicle we rented and unfortunately did not realize this until we got home and the location was already closed. Upon calling the next day, staff gave excellent customer service, took accountability for the issue, and provided a partial refund for our inconvenience. Will continue to patronize.

  Michelle repeatedly misled me. First I was told there were no cars, then I was told a car was available and to come to the branch, only to be told again that there were no cars when I arrived. She even denied the previous communication. After refusing to provide a vehicle, my pickup time was changed without my knowledge from that morning to 6:30 p.m.—even though the branch closes at 6:00 p.m. I never authorized this change. If the branch had already decided not to provide me with a vehicle, what was the purpose of changing my pickup time to after the branch had already closed?
