While the facility itself is excellent, my interaction with the sales team, specifically a black gentleman whose name I forgot, was invasive, asking intrusive questions regarding my personal future plans for the vehicle that were irrelevant to the appraisal process. Furthermore, when he stepped away to consult his manager, I could clearly hear the manager pressuring him to ask these aggressive questions solely to force a sale. This high-pressure environment created a very negative experience. As a direct result, I would not consider purchasing a vehicle from this location in the future, regardless of inventory availability.On a positive note, I want to commend Tara, who reached out to me the following day to follow up on my visit. She was exceptionally professional, empathetic, and offered a sincere apology for how I was treated. Her outstanding customer service is a credit to the dealership.
Josh and Bill were great. I am in Pittsburgh and they made the experience great. Got me all of the info I needed to make a confident decision and take the trip over. Worth the drive. They were amazing to work with; responsive, direct, and overall just a pleasure to talk too. No funny business when it came time to close the deal. 10/10 great place and people.

Lauren and Joe were phenomenal! Friendly, professional, thoughtful and fair. Best experience working with a dealer in 30 years! Chris the mechanic even plugged the tire on our rental car for free!
Absolutely the best car buying experience by far, Ethan and management were quick no games or gimmicks that other dealerships pull. Couldn't beat the price of their truck I bought. Was able to get a quote for my trade in over the phone and online form that was easy and accurate. It was well worth the 3.5 hour drive to purchase at Blaise Alexander. Highly recommend Ethan and this dealership.
Was in town for business and the got an emergency brake issue notification on my dash. They were able to take me in immediately, and found it was my brake fluid being low. They topped off my brake fluid free of charge and sent me on the road. Best service ever! My own dealership in Pittsburgh that I bought two vehicles from told me they couldn’t help me for two weeks. Looks like I have a new Mazda dealership
