  I cannot sing high enough praises to Christopher (the service manager) and Kelly. We are from Maryland and traveling thru Pa to Indiana. En route we experienced a flat tire. i changed it on the side of the road while my wife called around to locate a service to replace it to no avail. i suggested finding a Mazda dealership since i know the one at home we use always stocks the size we need. She called Blaise Alexander, who did indeed have the correct brand and size to match our car. They were incredibly helpful, honest, and fortunately for us quick! I normally never write reviews., but this experience was so incredibly positive I felt it should be shared. George from Maryland.

  I don’t feel my time and business were respected here. I had an appointment for 10:00am. They did not even take a look at my car by noon. They were short staffed and left for lunch. They are happy to sell you the car, and not happy to help you fix it.

  I made my second purchase from Blaise yesterday. They're excellent to work with and if you can't find what you want, they will find what you want! There is no "pressure" and they were supportive when I said I needed the perfect ride for my 3 golden retrievers! 😂 Highly recommend.

  My 20 year old leased her first car today and we were in and out in less than 2 hours. @EthanKibe was amazing. First he knows his Mazda's, no pressure, and no "salesman lingo". Second, and most importantly, he talked to her- instead of us- typically sales people defer to the parents- he knew she was the customer and treated her as such. He treated her with respect and in my field he did what is called "meet her where she is"!!!! We live in Pittsburgh and will return here if/when needed. Thank you again Ethan and Blaise Alexander Mazda.
