  The service center will lie to your face and explain why they lied and expect you to understand. Hyundai and Blaise Alexander are not good companies and I regret having spent so much money with them.

  the customer service is good but the way they handle things is terrible. I had an issue with my key and when i got my car back they failed to inform me that i cannot lock my car anymore because the new key does not work in the door. i don't have a key fob and would've been immediately locked out of my car. they also had my car for a whole week. we asked for an inspection and instead of checking with me about my insurance they decided to tell me my vehicle was not insured, even though it is, and they can not do the inspection. had they mentioned this to me earlier in the day instead of 10 minutes before they closed i would've been able to correct the mistake and get car inspected by the end of the day. i use my car everyday and i only have one car and they held it for an entire week. no calls or updates either. i had to call them to see when my car would be done. would be told an hour and they'll call back and then 2 hours would go by.

  Service Department is great! They always take care of my vehicles in a timely fashion and treat me with respect. I personally won't own another Hyundai (that's a story for another day) but I bring my BMW & Toyota here for service because they are that good. They also offer free inspections which is another check in my book! During inspections they record the process so you can watch a video of what the technician sees. I always wait onsite for my vehicle but they do offer a courtesy shuttle if you need a ride. I will continue to bring my vehicles here. Thanks team!

  Took my car to the service shop for a minor issue, and they quoted me $7500 for a new transmission even though the blue book cost is $5500 max. When I asked how they knew they just said they could tell by how it drove. The staff was condescending when I said I wanted to leave and get a second opinion. Very glad I did because turns out all I needed were new spark plugs for $180 and there weren't even any transmission codes when the other shop ran my car through the computer diagnostic. The service business at this dealership are dishonest scammers!
