A few weeks ago I was browsing for a car . Found the specific car at this location, called and got details, verified this is what I was looking for. A few days later found time to schedule an appt and go look at this car. I drove an hour and a half one way to look at it. Get there, sit down for paper work and mention about 3 times during my visit that I’m glad it has a heated steering wheel because PA weather sucks. Actually was talking to some other customers beside me and mentioned that’s why I came here for a specific car I was looking for. I told my sales guy my 3 wants in the car. ( heated seats, steering wheel and a moon roof) …. Driving home and go to click the heated seats and no heated seats. My fault for not looking before I left however the website advertised it had it and I also verified before coming out it was in this specific car.
So message my sales guy he tells me where it’s at. I have my mom looking since I’m driving and she is talking with the sales guy. After multiple messages this car , does not have a heated steering wheel. I had specific wants when I made the appt and the advertising on the website is wrong and me mentioning it over 4 times during the day I guess didn’t ring a bell. My sales guy was nice , however the person putting the description on the website is wrong and very misleading. After 14 years of not owning a new vehicle that is all I wanted and was very mislead . False internet description. Watch people make sure you ask many times. The finance guy was a gem. Super cool and nice guy. That experience was great.
Then to top it off I ask my sales guy for some mudflaps. Sends me the link I buy through Hyundai Blaise and they ship to my home. Go to put them on and they aren’t the right ones. Paid 9.99 shipping and now I have to send them back, but I don’t get my shipping money back when this again wasn’t my fault.
I appreciate the finance guy and my sales guy was nice however the internet sales person who ever posted the car and description and dealership manager let me down. Went into buying this car on a high left on the lowest low 10 miles down the road.
No one reached out either to acknowledge this after my sales guy said he was taking it higher up and reporting the mistake on the website with the details of the car… Very disappointed.

Hated the experience! They lied, said that they could not accept the check from PSECU that they were a direct dealer (made up bullshit) and that they had to get all our credit info and run the loan from their end. That was to make sure they got more money but running the loan themselves. We were there over 3 hours!! Hated every minute of it. Would not recommend.
Shout out to Ethan (Sales) and Josh (Sales Manager) for getting me into my new CPO 2025 Hyundai Tucson! They were both great to work with. Answered all my questions and made sure I knew all the details of the sale. Gave me a great price on my trade in! Not being from the State College area and not knowing exactly what I was looking for, they helped me make my decision with ease. I'm so happy with my Tucson!
Thanks Ethan and Josh

While Blaise Alexander has locations throughout central Pennsylvania, our experience at the Hyundai/Mazda location in State College truly set itself apart — and that starts with sales consultant Johnny Zheng.
After visiting multiple dealerships and communicating with several others in our search for a truck, Johnny was the most responsive and helpful of everyone we encountered. He went above and beyond to build a genuine relationship, taking extra photos, a video, and even tire tread measurements to give us confidence before making the drive from Erie to State College. He even came in on his day off to to work with our schedule. That kind of commitment is rare and it made all the difference.
The dealership itself also impressed us. The facility was head and shoulders above the others we visited — clean, welcoming, and with a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere from every staff member we encountered. As innkeepers, we know how much a first impression matters, and yours delivered.
Financing and paperwork with Josh was smooth and easy, rounding out what was truly a great overall experience.
And after the sale? Johnny and General Manager Jack went out of their way to make sure we left completely satisfied with our purchase. That kind of after-the-sale care is what makes an impression that lasts well beyond the transaction.
Blaise Alexander Hyundai/Mazda in State College may not be a Chevy dealership, but the experience they deliver would make any customer a loyal one. If they ever add Chevy to the mix — with Johnny on the floor — we know exactly where we're headed for our next vehicle.

Got my vehicle from this location. William did a fantastic job! My dad and I have been coming to the service shop for years. When I wrecked my last vehicle (Feb 2026), the staff was able to find me a vehicle within my budget.
Manager was awesome and very welcoming! I'd come again if anything happens to my new (new, to me) vehicle.
