  everytime i call to inquire about a part i ordered, i am forced to be put on HOLD. enough is enough. otherwise they are good. except they sent a part which did NOT fit my bmw front brakes. but they were very nice during the return process. Always buy bmw parts from a store that specializes in them. yes they will cost more.

  I received outstanding and excellent service from Mr Cleveland today. He was able to not only answer all of my questions, but he was personable and answered additional questions that I had regarding how things work under the hood of my vehicle. He installed a new battery into car. I was extremely pleased with the service that he provided to me. He instilled confidence that I needed to purchase a new battery which is quite expensive. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this location of AutoZone.

  No stars would be more accurate. This place a joke . Employees too lazy to put a battery in my daughter s car said it was too hard to replace in a Nissian but had no problem selling her the battery. Never even put car on machine to test it too lazy again. So being a believer that everyone is honest she just buys the battery and now I have to find someone else to put test her battery and put new one in . PLACE IS A JOKE, go to Advance Auto !

  I wanna give a big shout out to the employees here. Not only did they help me find the right size of windshield wipers they helped me put them on in the crazy wind. Thankyou for everything!!!
