  I had booked a minivan via Costco travels for pickup at state college. Am satisfied with the service of the agents at the counter and received a new car in excellent condition.

  Don’t trust your reservation… I wasted thousands of $ with a one-way flight out and to drive a car I RESERVED and received CONFIRMATION on back, for my business. They didn’t have the vehicle from my reservation and could not supply the vehicle I reserved. Multiple locations in PA. Disgrace. They will not try to make it right. Please stop acting like anyone cares Khan… this isn’t the first time I’ve flown across the country only to be left hanging like this. You guys did it in Miami and Boise too. Two days ago no one cared when it mattered. IF YOU CARE CONTACT ME, I’m not wasting any more time on your company. They tried to put a small business owner out of business. I’ve missed deadlines now and have govdeals shutting down my account forever because I couldn’t pick up my item on schedule. All because of a falsely advertised booking. My customer in Colorado is also refusing to pay the remaining $15k because now the job won’t be completed on time.

  They didn't inform me you could get a toll pass so we had to keep stopping and paying tolls. Then I got poorly hard to use emails and payment requests for 1 or 2 small dollar amounts with zero explanation. I went to the office they said I had to call a number and could pay there so I called and of course they gave me the wrong number. Eventually, I finally got their website to work and paid the amount request. They gave no recept! Or final invoice! No they send me a letter saying they want another. $3.60 cents. What a clown show!!! I will never use them again.

  Do not rent from here. Made a reservation 2 months ahead only to have them call 2 days before pickup and say they don't have any vehicle for me. And they wouldn't even offer to find another one. Not even worth a 1 star review
